perfekt location for a stay in the center of aalborg. the hotel is a littel used. and the cleaning of the rooms are low standard.

It is a pretty decent hotel which is located very close to the tourist attractions, restaurants and pubs. The breakfast is really good with variety. The staff were very friendly and kind. Nothing to complain.

Lovely smiling staff, and a better breakfast than anticipated. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in Aalborg. Oh, and there is parking behind the hotel and the location of the hotel is very central ( I like the fact that the old elevator / lift is still in use)

Very comfortable and pleasant stay

Location is perfect, Hotel is somewhat run-down, but kept very clean which is more important in my opinion. Great service at front desk. Breakfast is average, plenty to chose from, but nothing outstanding. Enjoyed the lobby area with ample lounging options, board games and free coffee and water.

It was short but all good. Breakfast was Nice. Missing classes and mini fridage in the Room

Quite old-fasion and not well cleaned - very dusty in corners etc. Breakfast was a chaos with no tables available - and very crouded buffet! When I finally found a table, placed my plate and went for a cup of coffee (took aprox 10 min!), it was removed when I came back, and once again did not had any place to sit. Staff were very friendly though.

Very central location - nice room - fine lobby - very nice staff. The bathroom was not cleaned the 2nd day! And la poubelle not emptied!

The shower was to high up and not ajustable. No place to put your toilet bag and things - in need of a table top or other to put clean close or other stuff both bathroom and room. To small for 3 people (the room was for 4 people) no aircondition - the headbord of the beds was filled with small feathers (from the pillows?!) and the rug was old and dirty.

I'm a Silver member, where there should be free drinks at arrival, which the hotel didn't offer... absolutely no advantage being Silver member, or have the VIP service here?

Excellent location in central Aalborg. Room and all facilities were in great condition except for the inoperable TV.

First time, i saw a Beer dispenser at the Hotel Reception, and it actualy worked. :-)

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The property is older so it doesn’t have some of the amenities that a new property would have. I thought our room had a funny smell to it but don’t know why. Overall it is a place I would spend one night but if I had a long stay planned I would look elsewhere.

Receptionist was not the best and quit rude. VIP gold membership was unknown and was causing issues:( Breakfast basic and sad that scrambled eggs were from powder and not eggs Rooms are nice but bathrooms need to be upgraded.

Good hotel with poor services! We had a family trip and stayed here for 4 days but unfortunately It turned into a bad experience.. No cleaning services during our stay; not even changing the sheets!! Bathroom facilities were never charged and the trash was never taken out! However the cleaning staff came every day and sometimes disturbed us by knocking on the door but no services other than making the beds!!!! And no services at reception; The toilet water line was completely blocked and it took a long time to drain the water but reception staff just kept saying we will look at it and unfortunately never done!... And the last thing is the hidden expenses; you have to pay an expensive parking expenses while you don't see anything about that while booking the room! Not recommended at all...
