Great location. Close to the city centre. Loved how the room catered for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). Room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The staff at reception were also very helpful.
Our room was facing the side of the bar, which was noisy late at night. Not really an issue if you are a heavy sleeper.

Clean room although small . Cleaned daily and fresh towels every day . Very convenient less than 5 minute walk to Market Square. Ideal for few days stay in Brugge would stay here again .

Super cute boutique Hotel in a great location and a beautiful city. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful old-school style to match the history of the hotel, but still very modern. very clean and friendly staff. Fantastic location to the heart of Bruges

Excellent location very near the city center, near a bus stop, near the free shuttle and easy access to most everything you would want to see and do In Bruges. Has some construction being completed in the rear courtyard but soften being unsightly was no bother. Room is small but quiet. The air conditioning is ok but not great. Staff is wonderful and location can’t be beat

Perfect, beautiful stay. Well-located to the center, to the train station, to dining. Beautiful large room, comfortable beds shower was amazing. Outdoor space and bar space so pretty. Staff was welcoming & kind. Bruges, we hope to be back! Thank you!

Rooms are excellent however we got placed in an attic bedroom with the sloping roof presented a distinct safety has it as a person getting up needs to crouch over to leave the bed. It is very easy to crack one’s head very very hard on the edge of the sloping ceiling. We pasted up a T-shirt rolled up onto the edge, such that if anyone did hit their head, they wouldn’t split their skull open. make sure you do not up in the room with the sloping ceilings

Such a great location to the market square and the shopping streets. The hotel staffs are lovely, the room is spacious and clean. I was surprised this is only a 3 star hotel but it looks more like a 4 star hotel! Thank you for making my stay so comfortable in Brugge. ☺️

Room only had one physical key that was needed to both open door from the outside as well as lock the door once inside. The door could not be unlocked from the inside without the key This was very inconvenient given that my sons went out at night and had to call me to let them in the room - otherwise I would’ve been locked in with no way out if there was an emergency. Also, the twin beds were not comfortable.

The hotel location is perfect. It is a walking distance to the city centre and the historic centre of Bruges.
The breakfast wasn't included, but it was excellent. We were happy to pay 17 Euro / day.

Windows have great soundproofing. No staff on desk overnight however they have a direct phone line to staff. Comfortable bed and an overall great stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very accommodating. My only complaint, and it’s very minor, is having to remember to lock the room door when we left as the doors did not lock automatically. Regardless, I would stay here again and very much enjoyed it.

Lovely hotel, rooms and staff. Only one issue. AC worked well, but heat not working at all. No actual control for temp, just a button for AC and button for low or high heat, so you couldn’t control the temp.

Lovely hotel and the breakfast was excellent! A very good location and clean fresh rooms. Only downside was when we were there, there was a very rowdy crowd at a bar in the street below into the early hours.

Wonderful location quite close to the town center, yet away from the crowds. Close to food options, and other attractions. Breakfast was quite good with adequate options. We booked a room for 4 people (family) and the room size was quite admirable, something not so easy to get in old city centers
