The room was advertised as suitable for 4 people but the beds we too small to fit two adults comfortably. The room was dirty and had not been cleaned properly after the previous guests and was not cleaned adequately each day - dirty cups were not taken and dustbins were not emptied. By the pool tables were not cleaned and outside dustbins were not emptied regularly. You had to pay for the kids club which was surprising. A very disappointing stay and definitely NOT a 5* hotel. I would not go back again.

My second stay at the Hotel.All was very good overall, room quality & comfort, staff service & friendliness & the layout of the Hotel with its beautiful green areas.One comment was that due to the pandemic, there is no breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the alternative menu was not prepared well. However, I stress that this was due to current circumstances.The Hotel was mostly empty & for this reason, for guests this is a perfect time to visit.

The hotel renovated the common areas and some parts of the rooms but it was all mainly cosmetic. The guest rooms bathrooms are old and worn out and the property shows signs of wear and tear everywhere. The grounds are nice but require more maintenance and while the staff was really nice they were understaffed. I’m not sure this is a 5 start property compared to some of the other choices in the area.

Great stay, as expected

Absolutely fabulous service at a gorgeous hotel. The staff were all so friendly and polite and treated our two kids so well. The spa is beautiful and the spa circuit represents great value. Location very convenient for Marbella and Benahavis - especially if you have a car. A couple of little niggles - no water in our room , slightly untidy terrace area (bottle caps from previous guests I assume) and Do Not Disturb ignored (crucial with napping children!) but everything else was so good we could happily overlook. Our daughter loved the pool and it was a quiet haven in the morning. The staff absolutely make this hotel - true 5* welcome and service.

It’s a nice hotel in beautiful surroundings, but I would say it’s a four star hotel more then a five star. The rooms were a bit worn down and terasse and bathroom could need an upgrade. I think this is a hotel for family’s with kids, not for couples. The staff was really nice and helpful. Over all a pleasant experience but we’ve stayed in better 5 Star hotels in Marbella.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, rooms with nice view, and lovely pool area.

Great hotel, with excellent service and perfectly maintained golf courses. The breakfast was very good as were all of the staff.

I didn’t like that he kids club wasn’t open. We chose this hotel partly because of this part and we never got to use it. Also the pool is not heated. Everything else was great

Room sizes excellent and very clean. Breakfast lovely. Pool area spacious and a lovely sized pool.

Gym not very well designed

This hotel is in a beautiful area. The hotel is gorgeous and the golf course is great. The buffet breakfast was delicious and huge. We had an amazing time and could not have been happier.

Fantastic hotel, with great staff

Beautiful hotel, peaceful and well maintained. Staff are very efficient and helpful. Only one suggestion to make this hotel even more attractive - don’t charge for hotel parking. The shuttle service was very good but a car is a must in this location.

Excellent hotel with friendly attentive staff. Rooms are larger and spacious and no problems getting sun beds at any time.

Older Hotel that as obviously been totally refurbished in a very contemporary style, apart from the bathroom, which was very old fashioned - clean, but dated. Although a lovely fresh 'white decor' has been used throughout the Hotel, it has the appearance of being a little ' too cold' during the cooler winter months, especially at night time. The staff are most welcoming and the service is excellent, everywhere. There was a good choice on the buffet breakfast, although the 'hot food' was infact quite cold and this seriously needs addressing. I would suggest hot plates would be a good place to start. We felt a very limited choice on the a la carte dinner menu so we therefore ate out on 4 of our 6 nights, but its fair to say - what we did have was excellent. Our biggest dissapointment was our room allocation. Probably our own fault as we selected a 'Classic room' which was for us, a mistake. A large palm tree obstructed almost all of our view of the beautiful golf course opposite and the bin store and what seemed like a possible trades access was our view to the right, and this was noisy on two nights - when the bins were emptied after we had fallen asleep! We were also second floor and above a busy road with a fairly constant run of traffic until quite late at night and then early in the morning. It did disturb us. Would recommend anyone staying - make sure you have a pool view to ensure you are staying on the better side of this hotel.

Well exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend to others.
