Nice hotel for the price. Clean.

Was impressed with the cleanliness, especially for the price. Passed the wipe test. (I wipe all rooms before I can actually be comfortable) Only complaint, the juice machine was working.

Rooms where updated for the most part. Paid less than$100 so don't expect a Hilton. I would stay again.

My son and I both had a major allergic reaction to something in that room. To the point my son’s throat was closing. We informed the front desk and she offered no solutions except “we still have to charge you”. We packed up and left town. Will probably never stay at another Super 8. Several days later, after the charge had cleared I still had a pending charge. I had to get my bank to manually remove it.

We found a couple dead bugs the first day but didn't think much of it. Found more the next day and looked online (took picture and did google search) to find they were cockroaches. We checked around the room to find several all over. Checked out snd went to Holiday Inn which was fabulous. Will never stay in super 8 again!!

It was a decent room. They could spend the money on better beds and pillows. I woke up sore both nights. The charged me a deposit just because it was the weekend and they never notified us That until we noticed a double charge. Towels that they lend for the pool could be better they all had holes and didn't dry at all

There was only 2 towels in the bathroom, beds were hard, the breakfast was okay but not really that much. The handle in the shower was broke, drain pipe to the sink fell off and we got charged when it wasnt our fault, room could of ised a dusting, but the ac worked and we got some sleep.

Well my first room had bed bugs the lady at the desk said I can’t move you because you will take it to another room. She did eventually give me another room and of course did not sleep well after that.

Location was great. However.. Super outdated. Super over-priced. Dingy. Dirty. (Walls dirty. Windows dirty. Floors were dirty. Tables/counters were dirty. Halls were dirty.) TV/dish network did not work. WiFi was s.l.o.w. Rooms don't sound private: you can easily hear dogs barking, kids crying/screaming, doors slamming, and people walking down the halls. Blankets were questionable: ours had cigarette burns in them and they looked as worn down and dingy as the hotel. The towels were thin and scratchy and we were not given enough for the number of people staying the night: 2 towels for 3 people. Pool area definitely needed a cleaning.
My goodness, I'd be ashamed if I was Wyndham.
However we were pleasantly surprised that AC worked well. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. Breakfast was simple and perfect for our needs.

Not a good stay front desk clerk looked irritated to begin with. Gave me wrong room number and wrong key twice. Were told to keep our voices down cause ppl were sleeping and we were in the lobby no where close to the rooms. Floors are super sensitive could hear all the footsteps. Room door handle was a little hard to open. Shower creaked. My pillows had stains. Housekeeping tried to barge in at 9 in the morning while we were still sleeping good thing I had the chain lock on. She said she didn't know anyone was in the room. Keep in mind check out is till 11. Very upsetting stay would not stay there again. Very unsatisfied with the stay.

Room ok but there was a noise in the wall that kept me awake most of the nite. Mentioned to man at desk the next morning and it felt like he couldn’t be bothered. He even suggested it was from outside ( I had checked and it wasn’t). I didn’t say anything that nite because it was late, and my friend already asleep. Lucky for him he is hard of hearing.

We got what we paid for. Older hotel. 2 bath towels that were paper thin for 3 people. Made coffee in room and used creamer supplied. Made chunks in the coffee.

The night desk clerk accused me of having 4 dogs and not the 3 I informed them of at the time of check in. When I told her she was more than welcome to come to the room and see that I in fact only had 3, she refused stating she saw 4 on the cameras. I continued to welcome her to our room and she refused and stated she would speak to the manager about it in the morning. She was very argumentative and discerning.

I would not give this hotel rave reviews. It's served our purpose and we had a place to lay our head that night. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. We did not eat breakfast because there was not much to offer. There was a sulfur dioxide smell in the hallways. For the price we paid, it was not worth it.

Disgusting bedding. Comforters and sheets were dirty, stained, and obviously not washed. Both beds were in same condition. Left the non-refundable room and kept driving.

Nice and clean. Room is large, hot shower. Only thing i do not like is the hard bed, it is hard and not comfortable. Also you can hear the traffic outside. The cleanliness of the room made up for the bed. Turned the tv on to block out the traffic. If i have to come to rosswell again I will stay here.

Great location, Large updated rooms. A little noisy with dogs, & lack of trash can & seating areas outside were off-putting. Also 1 pillow per person & a spring mattress was a little uncomfortable. But overall, great for quick night stay.
