Great stay. Rooms were clean.

Better tan expected.

The Hostess who checked us in on Monday night was AMAZING ... even going the extra mile to make our trip the best possible... The Host on the day shift ... seemed preoccupied and not too friendly... I seemed to be an intrusion upon his time. Was hoping to get a receipt for our Monday night lodging... This was not given nor was I offered a way to get the needed receipt. My kudos to the Monday night Hostess.

Clean rooms, nice indoor pool, & Hot breakfast

Service was great, friendly staff My only complaint was the temperature of the room, the ac did not work very well and over half the room was hot.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly. The manager was excellent and went out of his way to assist us. Breakfast was good.The room and pool were nice. It is quiet and has a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I can mention that was inconvenient and annoying is that they do not accept Chime, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App cards! I had already prepaid and only needed a card for incidentals. I had planned on using my Chime card, which was not accepted, not even the Chime credit card (both backed by Stride Bank and MasterCard.) I did not expect this so I didn't have another card on me at check in. This was inconvenient and delayed the process. I had to ask my son to use his card, which was embarrassing. This should be mentioned on their website as well as any booking sites, like Expedia, which I used. I had kids in the car getting very impatient, and this one small detail caused some stress for us, and could've ruined our whole trip because they wouldn't make an exception even if I promised not to charge anything to my room. They already had my other credit card on file that I used to book and pay for the room, that they could've used if I broke something. They put the typical hold on the card, so if they could get authorization on my Chime card for that hold, it should be enough since they don't really have anything that they can charge you for at this location other than your stay. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and I recommend it.

I have not idea what eco friendliness means for a hotel and I have two degrees. You may want to rethink that one.

Pulled back the covers of the bed and found crumbs. told the front desk person the ice machine had a plate over the whole and couldn't drop ice and he told me to just use another floors. Room was not clean.

This is my second time staying there. The room AC had an issue but the place is well kept and clean. I would stay there again. It is a great pit stop place.

Floored to say the least. My 9 year old son found a sex toy in our room this morning after already sleeping in the room all night. So it’s beyond clear that the health and safety of their gusts nor cleanliness is priority. The hotel only discounted my room by $40. The money isn’t even the point, I’m disgusted, management didn’t even take the time to touch base with me either.

Friendly staff

We are traveling across the states. I look at the reviews as I decide what to book. This hotel was clean, friendly great breakfast. I absolutely love the darkening shades used in the rooms!

The ice machine was broke.

The location was very convenient for us. Our room was not cleaned couple of times during our week stay.

Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits. Fruits and cereals, orange juice and coffee. Very nice and hot!!!

The room waa clean & updated. The bed waa extremely comfortable. I think all hotels need to have better locking systems on thier doors. But this place was nice. I certainly would recommend & stay again.

They guy who checked us in last night was so kind and very professional. They guy at the counter in the morning was rude and didn’t want to help me contact a taxi but two seconds later a white man came us and asked him to look up something for him and he did. I asked him how is it that you can help this customer and not me he said he doesn’t have taxi information. The worst part about this was he blatantly help the white man search for some phone number on his computer but as a hotel clerk he couldn’t help me get a taxi. I will be calling to speak with the ma agent about this Liz

I was really disappointed in the gym facility

Convenient and close to the interstate with some shopping and food close. Had to wait over 15 minutes for check in as there were no staff in sight. Room dated with more traffic noise than expected. Glad I didn't pay much for the stay. Free breakfast included in stay.

We had a very nice stay, first place we stayed in a long time that we were comfortable & actually Vle to sleep. Rooms very spacious & clean.

Nice n Quiet

We had a suite for 2 nights, they woke us up at 8am and moved us to another room after the first night. They did the same to another family member that was staying their also. We both were told that our bathrooms was leaking water into the room below. Yes, we got the same story! Lastly, our suite had one small (looked like a 42") TV. Just seemed odd. We haven't seen a TV that small in a suite for years.. not in a king and sofa suite.

Nice and restful

Overall this hotel was fine. The front desk staff was friendly. It was a bit dated, but they are in the midst of renovations, which I didn’t see. But our room seemed fresh and new.
