Clean room and excellent staff

Great experience for a short weekend

If I could give 6 stars I would. Absolutely no complaints. We make regular trips through Leesburg and will always stay here. And the price was very good too.

Room was clean and quiet. Good location in Leesburg. Free breakfast and coffee a plus.

Only request would be healthier breakfast options…..too much sugar and meats.

In the middle of remodeling but was decently clean and average comfort. Had what we needed. Breakfast was typical fare. Used Fitness room -treadmill and free weights. Had a water filling station which was great!

The walls were thin so the noise levels were high. I noticed the sign about construction this morning so this makes sense.

The room was great except for a couple things that weren’t deal breakers but notable. There was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower. There was no hair dryer. I brought my own but threw it in the last minute. Glad I did! I have never stayed where there wasn’t a hair dryer. Also, there were no lotion bottles. There was also a bench between the wall and the bed. It was difficult to negotiate. They should take it out of the room. You can’t even get to it.

This place is run down and in the middle of a construction project. I do not recommend it.

The staffs were friendly. The room is clean and breakfast was great. The place is doing some renovations but We booked on a weekend so there is no construction going on. My kids enjoyed the pool since they are the only one using during our stay.

The property was undergoing renovations, something I was not aware of until I arrived. I paid a lot for less than desirable conditions. The staff was very accommodating which I appreciated.

This hotel should not be booking people at one-fifty a night when they are undergoing significant renovations. There was no mention of renovations in either booking email or at checkin, but after we left the check-in desk, we went down the hall to take the elevator, the pool room was full of smoking construction workers running screaming cement saws. I get that the pool needs renovation, but the smoke was wafting down the hall past the THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOTEL sign. We went up to the second floor and the elevator opened to a complete construction mess. All the walls were stripped down to rough and patchy drywall and the rooms had numbers taped into each door. Definitely felt like we were in the middle of an unfinished construction site. Hard to understand how Comfort Sites thinks it’s ok to rent rooms in this shape, why not renovate one floor at a time? When I asked about it at the desk he said he could move me to another floor but then admitted that floor too had been stripped to bare drywall. Our Room was clean and fine, bathroom had new tile floor but was otherwise a bit worn but clean. WiFi super slow. No shampoo or liquid hand soap in the dispensers. This place REALLY needs work. Definitely not worth what I was charged.

We were on the fourth floor and the elevator broke so we had to walk up and down with our luggage. Which is not good when you’re in your 70s with a heart condition

The bed in our room was so soft I could not sleep on it. When asked if they could help, the staff was apologetic but unhelpful. I finally asked for a roll a way bed and used the mattress on the floor. I was told all the mattresses were the same. I will never return.

Everyone was sooo kind and helpful, felt safe and convenient location to downtown. Breakfast offerings were fabulous. I left something g in our room, and when I called there was no problem with them sending it to me! Thank you to all the staff.

Just right for the family .

The only minus, wifi was down for almost three days, and the room was noisy.

The hotel was really nice. Yes, they're doing some renovations...but it was no big deal. Room was HUGE...bathroom really nice. Overall great experience and if I ever come back up for another concert, it will be my choice of accommodations.

Unfriendly staff

Good location, but there were a few issues. The gym was closed, the hinges inside the room were very loud. If someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it would wake anyone sleeping. Printer in the "business center" did not work.

Nice and lovely staff

Completely unsatisfactory visit, hotel is under construction. Which was not disclosed at booking. But somewhat understandable. What’s not understandable is why there is a very clear sign stating Construction will be conducted from 9am to 5pm daily. But this was not the case at all far from it. Every morning we stayed construction started between 810 and 825… this occurred all 3 days of our stay. Construction also didn’t not stop until 645pm each night we were there. Consistent banging of hammers made it impossible to relax at those times, which is why we took a vacation to visit friends In the area, yet no relaxing was done while at this hotel. When notifying this to the front desk of this issue, all the could tell us was that they would have the manager reach out, a week went by and no one reached out so we had to call multiple times. Finally we get a “Manager” and are told there was nothing they could do because we booked through Expedia. Absolutely BS there’s nothing they can do. Very poor experience all around. 0 customer service from this Hotel

Fourth visit in as many years. Property could use a refresh, lighting, hallways dim. First floor pool and fitness center are unappealing.breakfast was just okay.
