Fantastic hotel. Great location. A little noisy at night and try not to have a room next to the lift. Still a great hotel and would stay again.

The only small issue I had was that I felt the “hot food “ for breakfast was more tepid than hot. Apart from that slight issue we found our stay to be fantastic,great location,great choice for breakfast and a lovely spacious room with a very comfortable bed.

The hotel was lovely, good breakfast options and fantastic location. Bar service was not great, after waiting for half an hour to be served, they had ran out of beer and white wine and barman was telling customers the bar was shut (10pm).

Exceptionally good service, clean and tidy. 3 mins walk to the main square. Would definitely go back to this hotel.
Doctors bar over the road has fantastic food.
Xmas market is great too.

It is a great hotel in a great location, Breakfast was very good, and The room was a good size and comfortable with a decent bathroom

Having to ask to get your room cleaned for the price you pay it should be cleaned every day, queuing at reception just to ask for a bin to be emptied or toilet role was a pain
The shower could have been better
My room faced into the hotel concourse, which meant there was no natural light, and you had to go downstairs every morning just to check the weather

Great location, low price for such a nice hotel. Breakfast bufffet was probably the best I have ever seen. Fast and easy check in and check out.

Our experience from this hotel is brilliant. From the people in the reception, our room itself 6002 which is spotlessly clean. The hotel is walking distance to the main market square and old town hall. There are so many restaurants within the vicinity. I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wroclaw🇵🇱. We were here for 3 days and 2 nights.

Excellent location in Old Town Wrocław by the main square's. Abundance of restaurants and bars on your doorstep full of history and character. Hotel itself was an excellent standard, modern facilities and rooms.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly. I thought the hotel was fancy and fun. Great breakfast!

Not impressed. Could not operate air conditioner because digital display had room listed as unoccupied. Used room phone to call about it and the phone did not work. Hostess in resturant was snotty.

Perfect stay in a huge room. Quiet (except for the airco that was really loud and mandatory as the room had no opening window), clean. Efficient staff. Perfect location.

Excellent hotel in a great Central part of the old town, just around the corner from the main square. Close to everything.
Weather was not so good. Tip!! Bring your own tea bags and buy some milk, they don't do milk

Warning, please be very careful if booking this Hotel. After checking out and leaving the Hotel they charged me without my authorization or knowledge a large cleaning fee for allegedly smoking in my room. This is completely false as I have never smoked in my life. The room had a very slight smell of smoke when I checked in and only got worse during my stay but nothing to do with me. I am still in dispute with the Hotel over this false claim and it feels like fraud by the Hotel and it's turned into a very bad experience. Book at your own risk....

Very modern with all the amenities for someone.
who has mobility problems . My only complaint is the room should have been closer to the elevator and the towels were cheap. I would definitely stay here again .

Our room was ok, It was large and clean. The location is fantastic. But other than that it did not leave a lasting impression. Our window faced the back of the hotel so it was loud in the morning with garbage truck and not a pleasant view. Hotel bar was not well stocked. The area was great though.

Excellent stay, highly recommended. The ONLY downside was the water pressure from the shower. I like me a good shower and it was just a drizzle.

Very modern and clean hotel. Room is very clean and modern. Location is brilliant as a 2 mins walk to the old market place. Staff polite and friendly. Fridge in room didn’t work and needed food stored the man on reception was very helpful and told me to bring the food down. Would stay again.

It was quite a warm stay and the majority of the rooms look out into the main foyer. Quite a look of building work going on. Just didn’t find it comfortable for some reason and not a lot of natural light.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and it is not too visually pleasing inside. Otherwise the location is excellent. There is parking available for a fee.
