Very clean very friendly staff great free breakfast nice room plenty of everything I highly recommend 5⭐️

Even though i made a reservation on Hotels.com, they wouldn't let me check in because my driver's license still has an old charlotte address on it and they don't allow people from charlotte or surrounding area zip codes to stay there. Even though i dont stay in charlotte anymore, they still wouldn't allow us to check in because i didnt have another ID they could scan. So my girlfriend showed her ID from our current town and then they said she would have to make a new reservation and put it under her name and also have to pay for it with her credit card. It was a special occasion for her, so i wanted to pay for it but they wouldnt allow me to. So we decided to leave. We came from out of town with a reservation already made and we couldn't stay because my license, valid and not up for renewal until next year, hada charlotte address on it. Ive never seen or heard of that before from any other hotel. Will never stay with them again.

Could not check in because the owners of this hotel only allow guests with certain area codes stay there. We had to find a different hotel last minute and it was my husband’s and I anniversary. Very disappointing.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. Conveniently located close to the city. Not too many shops within walking distance but lots available in short car trips

The property was great! Absolutely loved the staff everyone was so kind and helpful! Rooms were really great size and clean! Breakfast was okay, can get busy so get there early! Overall super satisfied with my stay!

Second stay this week. This time got a room that needs improvement in the bathroom and appliances otherwise breakfast food and wonderful staff.

The room was very clean and spacious. Everything looked brand new. The staff was very nice. I was a little early, but they got me checked in anyway. The wifi was fast. The breakfast was decent, especially the waffles. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Comfort Inn staff very helpful with questions and with issue I had with my reservation when Expedia staff did not help resolve my problem (they should have since booked through Expedia). Will go through hotel directly next time for reservations.

Very clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast options limited and lacked taste but was OK enough as opposed to going out and spending extra. Would consider staying again but just prepared myself and my family to go out for breakfast somewhere else.

We're a family of 5 traveling for baseball and this hotel did not disappoint. They were attentive to our needs. Never complained about what little concerns we had like extra towels or linen for the sofabed. Breakfast was great for feeding 3 17y.o. boys. Just overall very clean and spacious.

Good afternoon, in the first room it's dirty full of hairs and the dube was dirty as with blood they took us to a second room and the dirty floor that's bad that hotel

Chose this place as it said the large room would accommodate 6 (3 adults 3 kids) and the e price seemed too good to be true….. The pull out bed was a twin bed and there were 2 full beds. One kids had to sleep on the hard chaise. The “kitchenette” left much to be desired. Little to no aspects of a kitchen to be honest. Other than the counter and some old kitchen cupboards there was very little “kitchen” aspect to what was offered. The tiny microwave was up quite high and I needed a chair to reach (I’m short). When I asked the front desk if they had toasters he snarkily answered this ain’t the Marriott. That it was most definitely NOT! Breakfast ended at 9 which seemed earlier than the other hotels and seating was limited. My elderly father went and sat at a table just to be sworn at by some vulgar woman because she had wanted to sit there and not because he sat in her seat. Yeah the area wasn’t the best and the constant marijuana smell seeping into your room is concerning. Cleanliness was not the best. When we opened the pull out there were old socks and the amount of crumbs and dust indicates they lightly cleaned around the room and that’s it. Pictures of the hotel online were deceiving. Buck up the extra cash and find a Marriot. Lol

Once again i had a very good two night at this establishment. Nice comfortable bed and a good view. The front desk were very friendly and also helpful.

The washrooms were not super clean and had mold growing on the grout and ceiling. The couch had a hole and the floor left feet dirty. It was fine for one night passing through but wouldn’t stay another night. The breakfast was good though

The room was nice. Actual bath towels. But the tub looked really stained and dirty.

The stay was ok. I feel it could be updated. Huge property for such a small pool. Found bugs in my toom twice during my stay. The include breakfast is a complete mess. I understand you finish serving breakfast at 9 am, but to just completely shuy off the lights in that area, while your customers are still eating is extremely disrespectful and tasteless. The constant smell of weed, while my kids are playing in the pool, no respect whatsoever Key cards are constantly deprogrammed from the room. I was there a week, and had to go to front desk about 8 or 9 times to get new key cards. I don't believe I'll be back.
