My husband and I were in town for a wedding up in A-basin. This was the perfect size unit in the perfect location! We loved River Run Village and how close everything else was! We would definitely stay here again!

The property management should take responsibility of amenities provided, which sadly was lacking. The bulbs werent working in some rooms (this was a small issue and we could work around it).

I’ve stayed here multiple times. For the beer fest The location is the only reason. This place needs a massive remodel. 1975 called and want their appliances and furniture back. Soap, paper towels, trash bags, cooking utensils are all from the dollar store. The carpet is absolutely disgusting. It is about 20 years past cleaning it. Generally I avoid keystone expect for the beer fest every August. Out of all vail resorts, it’s the far lowest quality. If you are coming to the mountains Breckenridge is a much better option.

Many of the restaurants and shops were closed mid-week in the village, maybe more options on the summer weekends. Pool was small and our first two bedroom condo had small flies in the bathrooms. They moved us and gave us an upgrade, so that made up for the rough start.

We stayed in a studio with a Murphy bed and it was very comfortable, large bathroom, and nice kitchen.

property was fine. directions on how to get there and where to park were TERRIBLE. Need to pass out maps and better directions.

East Keystone Road is not marked off of Highway 6, so very easy to miss it. Parking is confusing.
Enjoyed the condo very much!

Stay away. No AC, Murphy bed with a hard mattress, sheets smell like a nursing home, terrible check in, just stay away. Put it this way, it was so bad we walked in and walked right back out and called and said we were not staying there and drove 2 hours back home.

We stayed for only one night after attending the bacon and bourbon festival. It served its purpose however the bed was not comfortable at all. It was a queen size Murphy bed and it was very hard.

My water in the sink and in the shower took an extra ordinarily long time to get hot - like around 10 minutes. The heat didn't work all that great either. The hot tub was only lukewarm. They should've called it the "lukewarm tub." The location was great and the room was nice and clean.

Great location. Unit was clean. However, the toilet tank was leaking on the floor and took the maintenance staff 2 days to fix it. It was an inconvenience, but it did get fixed eventually.

Wow! We didn't expect it to be so close to the Gondola and all of the shops and restaurants. This is absolutely the best location. We were thrilled!

Be careful on which property you pick. The description says pool available but the one we stayed at did not have a pool as an amenity. Then customer service basically told me it was my problem and to deal with it.

Great location. Enjoyed the hot tub, and it’s a hop skip and a jump away from the base

Room was nice and clean. Would have like a bigger TV. Bed was comfortable. The hot tubs were only luke warm and the jets didn’t work. This was a huge disappointment after a day of skiing. They also weren’t very clean.

Great location in the heart of Keystone. Everything is just out the door. Hot tub and pool are great on a cold winter's night after hard day on the mountain.

For the amount of money they charge you to stay here i would recommend staying in a cheaper place. The wifi doesn't work so i had no service in my own room had to go outside to make phone calls. The bed was rock hard and very worn down. So at the end of the day when you are sore and tired from hitting the slopes, don't expect to get a good nights sleep. I have slept on better mattresses and beds in a best western at a fraction of the price. To pay to have somewhere to sleep at night and being unable to sleep seems like a large waste of money to me.

Great location - easy access. Unit a little dated, but we enjoyed our stay!

Only issue was the small hot tub didn't have the jets working correctly

This was a perfect trip. We had no issues or snags with the entire stay. This property was wonderful and we can’t wait to visit again.

The property is really showing it’s where. Owned by the property management company and not a private owner. No update since it was built and all appliances furniture and beds were very low quality. The hot tub was lukewarm.

The best part was the proximity to the ski hill, Easy walk from apartment to lifts. Also the availability of ski lockers and the security were first rate.

IT was real good

The property was beautiful, in a great location and we had a great time. The only part of the stay that was not good was the communication. We booked the morning of the stay, and in that communication confirmation it said we needed to make check in arrangements within the 48 hours of the stay as the check in spot was offsite from the property. The number provided stated the office was closed and to leave a message (that was not responded to). We were fortunate to get ahold of another property manager in Keystone who shared that someone would be at the check in spot, and that they do man it after hours. It all worked out, but I would think they would have someone who could answer the phone and help us through the confusing check in instructions.

I would give River Run Village a 10 star rating if I could! This was without a doubt one of the best resorts we’ve ever traveled! Every amenity you can imagine is available! We are generally beach combers, but this resort has changed that for us!
My husband and I both entering our 50s and had never skied before. We signed up for beginner ski school and Allen taught us so much in such a small amount of time! We’re not pros, by any means, but he gave us the tools and confidence to want to return and build on those skills to make it to the bigger beginner slopes.
We didn’t have much interaction with lodge staff as Covid policies are still in place, but checking in and out was a breeze. The village itself includes tons of restaurants, shops and even a small grocery/general store for any needs that may arise!
We’ll definitely return in the future!

This place was awesome for a ski vacation. Everything you need is right within walking distance.

The good: great location, great views, the property is in good condition, walking distance to the Gondola. The unit was pleasent to stay in, comfortable beds.Th Bad: elevator did not work, they did not mention that at the check in and put us on the 4 th floor, not too much fun climing 4 flights of starts at 9300 feet above see level. The check in is at a different location, the airport shuttle slapped us with extra $140 for the extra stop to pick up the keys. There is no sit down indoor breakfast restarants, be ready to do some shopping and cook in your unit. The village restarants close early and do not folow the operating hours listed on their website/ doors. There is a small grocery store in the village with limited food choices. The shuttles run every 40 min and I think stop at 6pmIf you have a car you should be fine.

Great condo and location. Needs better communication on where to go to pick up keys for the condo. Siri had us driving in circles and person on the phone was no help.

Fireplace didn’t work. Hair dyer didn’t work and had to wait 24 hours to get a wheelchair after my girlfriend fractured her leg. Then room keys didn’t work and had to wait an hour for them to give us our key and then said they wristbands they gave us originally never work so they recommend a real key. Pain in the butt

I thought it was overpriced. Not close enough to chair. Attitude was bad. Room was old and blinds were broken. Wet dirty towel on floor. Do not stay in expedition lodge in River Run
