Had issues with your site and ended up at a hotel further from the airport and had two reservations

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this location. I was in town for a week going back and forth to the hospital. The staff was accommodating, helpful, and kind and was always there for any questions I had on anything. A huge thank you to them all; the complimentary breakfasts were a bonus and delicious!
Across the road are a few places to eat, an RBC, Starbucks etc. Quick Uber hop to a Walmart as well.
I would definitely recommend the Hampton Toronto-Mississauga location, and if I need a place to stay next time I am in town I know where I will be staying.

Check in was quick, with a friendly front desk. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection with the hot food being hot and the cold ataying cold. Breakfast attendent was very helpful and so polite.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large, comfy and clean and the woman in charge of the breakfast station was very friendly and welcoming.
The only things we noticed during our stay was the coffee in the lobby could have been replenished more often and there were lots of small flies buzzing around there.

The lady that work the desk, when we check in was amazing. Very nice, friendly and professional. The night before we stayed in the holiday inn next door, that was ok, but i will return to this one because of her. She gave me a business card with the name Priya Dogra. I hope the company know how lucky they are to have her on the team. She is so good at what she do. In all businesses, when you walk in, and you have a positive and great experience with the first person and that greet you, that make the rest of the experience great. And Priya did that for me. Amazing, give her a raise. Will be back for sure. Hope to see you next time. Thanks alot

I am an older person who walks with a cane. The staff at this facility should be recognized for the stars that they are. This crew provided excellent service. The lady at the front desk when I checked in is fantastic. Dinal goes out of her way to make me feel welcome. She is always friendly with a big smile. The breakfast options are hot, fresh, and tasty. The breakfast attendant, Shamiza, keeps the area clean, organized, and constantly refreshes the breakfast items available. The evening front desk attendants, Manak and Remo, and the overnight attendant, Anup, were friendly and helpful. I appreciate their assistance and attention to my requests.
The facility was clean and well kept, but the staff made this a 5 star experience. Thank you

I stayed in room 310 and the toilet backed up before my departure. I was under the impression I was going to be compensated for the room at the front desk. That didn’t happen. So the hundred percent satisfaction Guarantee didn’t apply evidently. Which Left me extremely disappointed. Minus that it was a good stay. I really wish I would’ve been credited for the room for my inconvenience.

They use 10 years old towels and don’t even clean the sheets. Even the staff were not cautious enough to listen rather aggressively argumentative. Overall cleanliness was not even good enough. Even the room book was not given. No more Hampton Inn in future.
