Travelled from Scotland for works Christmas Party....the DJ was great, but shocked it finished at midnight and the bar closed, especially as we were hotel guests.

A nice hotel in a good location, good quality and value for money. Breakfast is good, evening bar service could be more efficient. Mattress (or bed frame) was quite creaky but that's unusual.

I didn’t quite understand the half board system. We could have breakfast but when it came to the evening meal we could only have the main course. No starter and no sweet. They said we could only have half half board. Very strange. Not the greatest choice either from the menu unless you chose something with a black star next to it, then you had to pay extra.

We stayed in a newly refurbished room on the 6th floor. The room was extremely clean and the the bed was very comfortable. it was very quiet. breakfast was very good. particularly enjoyed the sausages and bacon and lovely jam and marmalade. will definitely stay again and will be recommending to friends.

First visit back to Birmingham for 25 years since I lived there and chose the Hilton Garden for its prime location for a reunion with friends. The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the many bars and restaurants but out of way enough to not have any issue with noise or traffic. Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and clean - all in all a very enjoyable stay .

Lovely hotel, helpful staff particularly on check-in, really nice products in the bathroom and a lovely fluffy towels! The only thing I have to quibble on is the price of the snacks - it was £2.50 for a 40g bag of crisps and when I tried to pay with cash it was accepted. At least it saved me my money as my card was in my room and I only had cash on me so couldn't buy it in the end, but it is a huge issue that they were so expensive in the first place and that our country's legal tender is declined! Apart from that a lovely stay, thank you.

The room was dirty, there was crumbs and a small bottle of chilli oil left under the dressing room draws, I only saw it what I sat down. The heat and ventilation authentic was noisy, I turned it off at the thermostat but I carried on rattling away all night. It’s a good job I had had a few beers to help me sleep….

The hotel was great but the parking was an issue as it is not easy to find. The breakfast was very good also with a nice selection to choose from. It also well located with lots to do within a very short walk

The room was great, bathroom etc immaculate. Staff very helpful and friendly. The only issue was a bizarre lack of lemon slices at the bar to go in my drink! And no tea or coffee… very odd.

Pretty basic. For the money I was expecting a better experience. You get more at a cheaper price in a premier inn.
No hairdryer in the room. Tiny bathroom with no bath. The furniture's clearly been broken. The bed wasn't overly comfortable.
It's fine but it's not worth the price. The only plus side is the room had a fridge.

Arrived at 1pm asked if our room was ready and told no without the lady on front desk even checking. Very noisy area, barely slept maybe it was the location of the room however the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, clean and adequate rooms and facilities, along with onsite parking (albeit limited - I pre booked), made for a great stay that met my needs…

Perfect hotel if you are attending a concert at the Utilita Arena...literally a 5 mins walk. Really convenient bars and restaurants also a 5 mins walk away. If you fancy a stroll into town it takes 25 mins max. Perfect!! With parking available under the hotel it really is a totally stress free option.

Disappointed to be given a standard double room when I booked a queen. Disputed with reception who was a little patronising saying they are busy and as I reminded I booked the room 5 months ago! Upgraded to a deluxe queen but nothing deluxe about it! Only small bottles of sparkling water (no still) and a coffee machine gang didn’t work.

Friendly service. Really convenient for sealife centre and Utilita Arena (5 minute walk). Loads of bars and restaurants. Very quiet location. It a nice 25 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station.

Overall standard stay. The new sheets had a blood stain so that was uncool but quickly ammeliorated. Its super close to the cannals and casual restaurants for bottomless brunch

unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was unbearably hot, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. This made it extremely uncomfortable, especially during the night.
Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not working either, likely due to the excessive heat. This rendered it useless for keeping any items cool, adding to the overall inconvenience.
I had hoped for a comfortable stay but was left disappointed. I urge the management to address these issues promptly to improve the guest experience.
