Everything was just ok. Hotel is old. Showed signs of it. WiFi was terrible. I wasn’t able to do anything using it. Thankfully I have an international phone plan that allowed me to respond to business emails. Service was only ok. There’s one guy that went above and beyond otherwise service was extremely slow and my food order was never correct. I won’t be staying again.

Hotel close to the beach. I was on the 20 floor and the 4 elevators were working so no problem going to my room.

Value for money. It is amazing that the check in process took more than 10 minutes.

Hotel was good and also breakfast has a good selection of food. We arrived in midnight and ordered an omelet. The beach is near.

Good cost-benefit option. Clean. Good breakfast. Very helpful and sympathetic staff. Large room. Sound of the elevator hall, access hall and neighboring appartments could have been better insulated.

The hotel is ok in a Brazilian way. Floor tiles in the room, not really elegant but functional. Gym area is very small and not very good equipped. You can see the age of the hotel. Staff is ok, not very friendly but also not nasty. Its an ok hotel to stay. Not more and not less.

very pleasant, the room was very comfortable, good pool, breakfast was terrific, coffee, omelets, fruits, desserts & more. the room was clean, hotel location excellent next to the beach, taxi stand, excellent restaurants, mini-stores, gas station, and pharmacy, I just see a lot of slackers-schemers and may be criminals in the alleys next to hotels.it is not fun-completely safe to walk around the hotel or next to the beach. the hotel staff was nice, but they dont provide needed information for safety for example they dont give you a city map if you dont request one, dont inform your about the different type of transportation for example to see a soccer game in castelao arena, they dont tell you that the tour companies offer transportation to the soccer game which is safer than riding in taxis, didnt tell us about the protest in one nigh, we have to be asking for those details, internet is very weak. Brazilians are not the best hostess, some people are schemers & play the good Samaritan game and some people are arrogant and jerks, also they dont like to hear complains. I dont feel they are ready for big events like Olympics or world cup. good things gym was free, the room was nice, the hotel offers really good prices, I feel what they charge is correct.

The hotel scene in Fortaleza is generally overpriced and underwhelming so it was refreshing to stay at a hotel where price matched value. Nothing fancy, frilly, or chic about this hotel, just very utilitarian. The best thing about this hotel was their breakfast bar. Lord knows how terrible brazilian give short shrift to breakfast, they just dont take it as seriously as we americans, but I have to commend them for keeping the coffee and OJ flowing all the way till breakfast hours were closed which not all brazilian hotels respect. I especially liked the fact that they extend breakfast hours an extra hour on Fri-Sun. The worst thing about this hotel was their WiFi connectivity. It was atrocious which really put a crimp on my work plans. But in all fairness, internet connectivity in brazil is pathetic to begin with so I take it with a grain of salt. I love brazil but in many ways, it is still the country of tomorrow and always will be.
