You feel at home.

Lovely overnight stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk into old part of city, tho a distance from the train station, especially in the heat.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was to standard although a bit outdated. Area around the hotel and the hotel itself was a little scruffy. Could do with some upgrades of the hotel to bring it to the next level but ok for one night.

Host was friendly, lobby was clean and tidy, and room was set and ready to go for check-in. The room had all the necessities needed but there was some mold in the corner of the room. There was a bit of mold in the restroom as well. There was a shower cap, plenty of towels, shampoo, and hand soap. Extra blankets were also supplemented. Overall the hotel was pretty great.

I enjoyed my stay. But I was disappointed in the parking and the fact that the showers seemed to have a clogged drain. We only stayed two nights so it wasn't a huge issue. But it was disappointed to have to worry about.

Good location, clean hotel with parking options. Would be perfect with an included breakfast.

Very nice clean rooms, bed mattresses are firm, shower worked well, wifi was good. Although when you first arrive at the hotel, it doesn't look like a nice part of the city, it was fine and only a 15 - 20 minute walk to the center of Vicenza.

The hotel is a little raged around the edges. It's directly across the street from the stadium, but in an otherwise quiet area. There are restaurants nearby, but nothing visible from the hotel. It's a little bit of a walk to get to the sights.

Excellent value question price, room size, clean. The area is a somehow calm night time, but felt very secure and close to the city walking distance. Perfect for the price, really enjoyed, didnt need more as we were out most of the time.Breakfast, really good and lots to it

The hotel is walking distance to downtown Vizenca and convenient to grocery store and sushi restaurant. Hotel is clean. The staff is friendly.

The Key is well located for access to Vicenza centre - 12 minute walk or regular No 10 buses from the nearby stop ("fermata"). Tickets can be purchased on the bus - E.2 for a 2-hour validity. The hotel is modern and very well maintained. Rooms are large, light and well presented - although lacking comfortable chairs. Bathrooms are modern, spacious and well appointed but, inexplicably, the basin plug would not depress to allow retention of water ! This, however, was not a problem in all the bathrooms but take a universal plug just in case ! Breakfast surprisingly good with wide choice and a few cooked options. Excellent service. In all, an hotel with friendly, professional staff which is good value for money and well worth recommendation.

need to take bus if you wish to go to downtown, shopping area.when coming back distance from bus stop to hotel is about 500 meter. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room bit dated. but clean

Right across from the stadium and 10 min from downtown. Very very nice and recently renovated. Superb staff and a great price.

10-15 walk from old city. Large clean room quiet at night good breakfast and friendly staff. Great if u have a car - parking available.

We were very impressed with the Key Hotel. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular! The staff was very friendly. The hotel location was walking distance from the city center. We will stay in the Key Hotel next time we stop by Vicenza.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at hotel key. It’s always clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - many choices. The staff was friendly. Highly recommend for the excellent value.
