I was coming into town for work and my arrival window kept getting pushed later into the night; the front desk was extremely helpful in keeping my room available for me which was wonderful as I was arriving well past check in time and was really tired. Didn’t have time for breakfast, but it’s available. The place was clean, well maintained, and centrally located. Thanks LQ Pharr

The breakfast they service is like no other hotels I've stayed at. Traditional to my ethnicity. staff is always friendly and that you provide free water right now that it is extremely hot outside.

We stayed in a different tower than the lobby, which made me feel unsafe, although to enter the tower you had to swipe your room card. There were small cockroaches in the room. At breakfast, the food ran out very quickly and there was not enough staff to serve the food. The same lady had to cook and bring the food and although she was very kind, she couldn't handle everything.

Great hotel, nice and safe location. Fast food places right in front of hotel, so that was a plus for my family. The only issue we had was the shower pressure was very low and soft, took each of us at least 30 minutes for a shower. Other than that, no complaints.

Have stayed here plenty of times and one of the times another customer of there’s where slamming doors arguing with each other I came out to see what was going on and an employee came by to see also and told him what occur and all he said was he could move us to another room is we had a issue and this recent moment I got trespassed for haveing a disagreement with my girl inside my room wasn’t bothering any one they didn’t ask me to leave police arrived and had us trespassed and the heater does not work it smell liked burnt the alarm went off firefighters had to come never spendin my money here again

Hotel was very convenient and close to everything we were intown to do. Room was very clean and fresh. Check in was easy. Only thing is that the elevators were out of service for the duration of our stay and had to use the stairs, which we didnt have a problem with using as they were easily accessible.

**BE AWARE** that there are two separate buildings.
The main building where you check-in seems fine, but the separate/second building does not have a breakfast area or a lobby. It does have a sort of “unattended” front desk which feels unsafe.
The second building makes it feel like a motel. The building and furniture is outdated and has an initial smell.

We went for a quick trip with my family and we wanted to try another place instead of the one we used to stay.

There was obviously A local football tournament in the area. We saw at least two teams that were staying at this hotel. Unfortunately this was the most miserable stay we have ever endured at a La Quinta before. Even security could not get the players or the parents under control at 3 and 4 AM when they were doing team huddles outside our door in the hallway, yelling and screaming, and the parents were as loud if not more loud than the kids. We did not sleep, but maybe an hour all night long. we were offered no type of compensation not even an apology when we checked out at the front desk. We were handed the general managers card and told to contact him on Monday morning between nine and three. Not sure what he can or will be willing to do, but we spent almost $200 for a night that we didn't sleep and a hotel that security couldn't even control the other guest.
