The hotel location is perfect for visiting King's Lynn, less than 15 minutes easy walk while in a quiet location so that you're able to get an undisturbed rest at the end of the day.
The welcome at check-in was very friendly and efficient and this continued with all the staff throughout our stay. We only had breakfast at the hotel but dinner was also available as is a bar, perfect if you're tired after a busy day.
Ample on-site parking meant that we could leave the car without worrying about it while we accessed the sites, restaurants and bars on foot.
If we return to King's Lynn I would have the Stuart House at the top of my list and would happily recommend it to others.

The rooms are what you would expect from a hotel in this price bracket -large, warm and comfortable.
It's in a quiet spot about 15 minutes walk from the minster
Didn't order breakfast so can't comment, but it seemed to be cheaper to buy at the hotel rather than what was being charged by the booking company.
The owner was friendly and gave us some good ideas where to go on our tour round the region.
As good a price as we could find for this specification of hotel, but did only book on the day

Overnight stay as we were visiting Sandringham Estate. Room was very clean and plenty of room. In a quiet area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Stuart House, the premises are in a quiet location, but still within easy reach of the town centre. Even better it was very close to great little pub the "Live and Let Live", which is well worth a visit.

Another lovely stay at Stuart House. A nice hotel in a great location. A little bit old fashioned, but the staff make it brilliant. Great breakfast choices and service. We had a nice dinner in the well stocked bar area- greet real ales and choice of gins.

O got the executive room. The room was so small and I have a jacuzzi bath in the toiled, and when I switch on the bath I was amazed, the water was change for black, nobody clean that jacuzzi jets all was filled with mould, very disgusting. Never ever stay again there.

The room was small but quit nice which overlooks the car park and back garden the room furniture was old but good quality the bathroom had recently been refreshed and was clean
We felt the breakfast which was expensive and should have been included in the room price the dining area was tired and in need of re furbishment
Great location a short walk across the a lovely well lit park took you to the city centre, rail and bus station, river, shopping area and museums

Nothing, outside no parking space, very noisy until midnight. Wash basin drain is blocked. For the price i paid it is Not worth it. Very disappointed.

This is a small, friendly hotel. It's a 10-15 minute walk into the historic area. The hotel room was fine and there is a nice bar which serves excellent light meals.

We didn't think much about the bed squeaking every time one of us rolled over and the mattress was a little soft for my bad back. Also we found three spiders in the bathroom.
However the room was well appointed and comfortable in every other respect. The breakfast and dinner we had were good and enjoyed, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

After booking with the property I contacted the property to check it was dog friendly I was advised I’d been moved to a dog friendly room there was a £10 cleaning charge. When we arrived they hadn’t moved us said they’d allow us to stay? But said I would be charged £20 cleaning for their mistake (the rooms we’re not spotless)

Staff at Stuart House were very welcoming and pleasant.
They were relaxed and the room was clean.
The only downside was the shower pressure which was poor but I suppose couldn't be helped.
A comfortable bed and easy access to town and its amenities.

Good hotel. Made welcome. Good breakfast. Had a problem with the shower head holder in the morning, needed maintenance. Reported it to reception. Hotel were unaware of the issue but now they know and I am sure they will have it sorted for the next guests.
Over all give this hotel a try. I think you will have a good experience.

Efficient check in, we booked a small double room which was adequate for our one night stay. Breakfast was good value for £10. Great service throughout our stay.
