I had booked a number of rooms for a family birthday celebration. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly before and during our stay. They were very accommodating and seemed to take a genuine interest in ensuring we all had a great time!
The hotel was well located with lovely rooms, great breakfast and plenty of suggestions for things to do and see.

We attempted to cancel due to the parties and revellers at the hotel. Disgusting toilets and general areas.
No customer services. Not interested. Could have offered different date but just want the full payment. Not interested in repeat business.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very helpful. The family room had 3 beds so was lovely and comfortable and the TV a samsung smart Tv was hugh so we enjoyed a few movies on it in the evening Time. The hotel is walking distance to Tesco, McDonalds and Dominoz Pizza so handy for snacks etc

The gentleman at the front desk was most accommodating and kind. The hotel was in great shape and it was nice to walk around town! Great stop!

Our room itself was comfortable and clean. The staff was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed the little kitchenette. What we didn’t enjoy was the noise from above and the banging on our door at 3 AM. None of this was the fault of the staff. We would stay at Belmore again, but would request a room in the main building.

The room we were allocated was separate to the main building. To be honest the approach had a terribe appearance. Uneven bricks and surfaces,weeds and hundreds of cigarette ends. Cigarettes being thrown from smokers on 2nd floor. Again to be brutally honest we dod not feel comfortable both leaving and arriving back to the room.
Breakfast was really good and the staff were superb.

The hotel is near the town center of Enniskillen which was very convenient to walk to restaurants. The overall area around the hotel has mixed development ranging from vacant buildings in need of repair and clean up to new modern construction.

Great, they just forgot to turn on the hot water when we arrived. My son had a very cold shower!

Not bad overall and i have stayed here before. Lovely welcome and friendly service. Room was OK but had issues. Strange smell in kitchen. Cobwebs in the room. Damp under the window. Shame no food offering. WiFi not bad and bed comfy. But please, put towels in the bathroom and not on the bed.

Front desk check in was great - Diane was fantastic, helpful, cheery. Appreciate her professionalism and outlook.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier or helpful. This was our fifth stay here and we will be back. Diane helped sort out the issue with my car and both Carl and Colette were also a hit with the kids. The girls on breakfast duty are so warm and nothing is ever a bother to them. Food super as usual. Out room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Thanks again. Keep up the great job.

This was our second stay here and just as good as the first. Rather than being in the main hotel I booked a room with kitchenette and bathroom which was fine. This hotel has a great location with easy parking and close to walk to the town Centre

As my stay was for only one night, my review is limited.
Very friendly and courteous staff, comfy bed. Not that any of the staff were being courteous there😁.
My only criticism is, the pillows were too soft. I do like having a firm one. Ooh err Mrs!
