This hotel was quaint. It is an old building with obvious history and parking was plentiful and free. The staff were friendly and I was impressed by their knowledge and use of English compared to other hotels. 5/5.

Reception and restaurant staff very customer focused. However overall bad experience: quilt cover with stains, cobwebs hanging from room ceiling, dîner: traiteur food microwaved to rubbery consistency, breakfast: no alternative to cow’s milk. Quality way down from all the times we previously stayed over the last 10 years. So disappointing and poor that we’ll not stay there again.

Ideal hotel for stop over on the way back to UK. Easy walk into centre. Being dog friendly is a great bonus! Breakfast ok too.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel the is walking distance from city centre and almost hidden along the riverbank. We use Orleans as a stop off point every year on the way to Dordogne to enjoy the restaurants and bars and usually stay at the Mercure, which was under renovation when we booked
This was an alternative choice but very pleased and surprised with the whole experience. Large secure car park to rear, clean, comfortable room and nice atmosphere
a strong contender for future stays and the staff were all very friendly and helpful

Good hotel for overnight stay on way further south. Main issue was on check out. Our card was debited for stay despite us having prepaid with cash and vouchers in uk. Luckily it was only one night cost. Took a while to convince reception we had prepaid and amount credited back to Bank Account. If it had been a long stay the payment taken could have resulted in bank charges for us.

The room was very small but clean. Breakfast was ok but small croissants, pain de Chocolat, plates etc. Reception wasn't very efficient.

This is a lovely hotel on the banks of the Loire, and a pleasant 10 minute walk away along the river to the old town.
The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. One of the Manageress's even helped us sort out a problem with our car in her own time by driving with us to a local garage and translating for us.

One thing I will get off my chest. On arrival an error was made when guaranteeing my credit card. 100 Euro's was taken then paid back to my card. The exchange rate for both processes were dramatically different and in the transactions I lost £5 paid to the hotel. I don't know if this is a common "error".
As for the stay, the hotel is well situated close to the town centre. Breakfast was very nice and well presented. Loved our stay with exception of the comment above

Nice hotel, very conveniently located for a trip north or south. In our case we were returning from Spain to the UK and it was a we placed stop, only a few mins from the Autoroute and well located for the restaurants of central Orleans. Nicely equipped hotel, small-ish rooms, but good quality. Mattress and Pillows good. Friendly staff

Great place! Good location, great room, kind staff, good breakfast. Felt very secure about the clean and safe for Covid as well.

Very accommodating staff made our stay a delight. Free, secure parking is a welcome bonus. Chose riverside rooms for the great view but our room overlooking the parking area meant that we had absolute peace and quiet for two nights. The property is clean and cared-for and is a short walk to town. Overall, this is a great choice for Orléans.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to a part of town with shops, restaurants, etc. It is very near the Loire river.

It was about 15 minutes walk into town along river. The car park is great for large cars like ours. I was pleased with hotel.
