A little disappointing. Pool was closed, can't take breakfast to your room, can't charge items to your room, just small things that are inconvenient. That said, room was nice and breakfast was good. Parking included!

Check in was long. There was one person on staff. They were taking a reservation over the phone then tending to people in the line. The heater in our room kept making noise. I went to see if we could switch rooms but there was no attendant at the front desk. After waiting 15 mins and calling I went back to the room. The hotel provides continental breakfast but have signage saying you can’t take it to your room. I don’t agree with that especially if you are paying for accommodations and the amenities provided. Outside of that everything else was fine and we would stay again.

Elecator very noisy. Sounded like the cables were about to break and kept waking me up. When i told the staff, they just said oh it just needs oiled smh. The rooms were not as nice as the reviews stated. Definitely shoulda stayed at the Holiday Inn for like another $15. Beds were not as comfortable as reviews stated either.

This was my 2nd time staying here and overall I was satisfied, same as the first time. The only thing I can complain about is the alarm clock (room 201) went off both nights and it's complicated to figure out how to turn it off, and it was very loud, so the only thing I could do was unplug it. Also, the room keys randomly started malfunctioning after the first night, but it was resolved. Other than that, this hotel has nice upgraded rooms, so you will definitely be comfortable. Great parking. Friendly staff.

I was excited to stay at this hotel for a business trip because the reviews were great. But after multiple Uber Drivers telling me I should not be staying at that hotel
It is very dangerous, I had to check out early and switch hotels. I wish I would’ve known what area it was in. The last day I was there, there was a domestic dispute in the room next to me that was very violent and I was terrified. The staff was very nice, I just wish it was much safer.
