Very engaging young man with glasses on at reception and so friendly and helpful. He made our stay and even helped us with taxi's and Breadkfast on the go for our early trip to Helsinki. Nice location and ideal for Christmas markets. Thank you

It’s right at the old town. Location is lovely. The rooms are big and have good lighting. The breakfast is good and the staff very welcoming. Except for one guy at the reception who was slightly rude, everyone else including the people at the breakfast area, housekeeping were superb.

The location of the hotel is perfect, inside the old town but not in the busyest area. Hotel building is beautiful from the outside, but rooms are quite out dated (we stayed on 2nd floor superior room). The carpet in the room was very old as well as the furniture. Bed had a nice firm mattress though, pillows were ok. Wifi was very slow (no way a high-speed). We slept well on the second night, first night was a bit noisy from outdoors and the corridore, maybe higher floor would be nicer. Breakfast was nice. Room service changed our towels in spite that we did leave them hanging, that they would not change them. Towels were not dirty and definitely not in need of changing. Please, ask your room service personnel to save the environment and not change towels every day!

Excellent location, hotel with good facilities, close to all tourist attractions, good breakfast, good restaurant, comfortable and spacious room, good bed, good shower, reception not very friendly, needs training. I recommend it, I consider it an excellent choice.

Centrally located, very clean and cozy. Great breakfast and great staff

We stayed 4 nights and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and we got all the information needed when we asked for advices. The Hotels parking spot gate is not made for big SUV, but that is understandable cause it was built before the invention of the car. Brekfast was good with a fantastic fresh baked bread. The only minus we could find was taht the AC had lowest temperature at 22 C. but we managed that as well. On the other side it was positive that the windows could be opened.
