The room was clean and I'm comfortable, but the TV didn't work. They offered to Comp the room for the inconvenience which was very generous.

We arrived late/early morning after a long day of traveling. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. There was lots of construction equipment outside, so I was worried that it would be loud in the morning, but it wasn’t.
Breakfast was standard… but the staff was very good about keeping up on everything that needed to be cleaned and refilled

The room was good. The only thing there were a lot of gnats in the breakfast area. May could use a ZEVO in that area.

Very nice, updated rooms. However, the rest of the property was under construction. We were warned ahead of time and signs said it began at 7:30 am. I woke up to hydrolics around 6:30 am and there was a man in our window on a lift around 7:30 pm taping plastic over it. Just not really what you want to wake up to on vacation. Would definitely recommend this hotel once contruction is complete, but if you'd like to sleep in, you may want to avoid it!

I booked my stay on June 1st for June 29th. No where did it state that the hotel was being renovated. All the windows were covered from the outside and the drapes inside needed to stay closed. Plus the workers had blocked off all but 1 handicap space. My husband has a handicap placard but we had to park 3 rows over after the event we went to because the handicapped spaces were blocked off.

The stay was great, until we turned the lights out to go to sleep and a roach was found crawling on the side of the bed. We were given another room, but took us a while to go to sleep. Other than the one unexpected visitor, the hotel was very clean and modern.

I was not impressed with the room. The heating/AC unit was noisy.

We had a room on the newly renovated 3rd floor (top level) facing away from the highway. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. We had a good night's sleep and an adequate breakfast. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice.
