I believe it advised that breakfast was included when I booked for the hotel. Nothing was provided but coffee and tea. I would have been great if they have what they advertised.

Super no frills and paper thin walls. Some bachelor party next door up all night yelling loud music etc.

Staff outstanding and allowed me to secure my bike in my room. They also offered to store my bike in a secure storage area near lobby

Excellent customer service was very informative about all the neat things to do on the island. Very close to the one grocery store in town. When I find myself back and Catalina this will be the place I stay again. Thank you again for the service

Easy walk and centrally located, great vintage hotel with original aesthetic. AC was a little lacking but the view made up for the heat.

For the price I paid the staff was unfriendly, the room had no blow dryer, in the bathroom sink sprayed water. Also, there was a patch up in the bathroom that was not finished.

Older hotel not renovated or updated, very basic but clean. No restroom in lobby but has a locked closet to store belongings before and after stay. Staff was nice. Only a block away from all shops and restaurants so we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel St. Lauren very much. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff got into my room and opened my luggage took my ring from my jewelry box! I’m a traveler and this is the 1st time happened to me. If hotel treat us like this how we trust anything?! I stayed in this hotel last year and liked it because location is middle of everything so we decided to book 2 separate rooms due to family member has sleep issue so we booked 2 rooms here. However after we checked in we went out to go to beach and while we were about their staff came to our room and opened my luggage and steal my ring, then she also went to my other room to took one of my mother’s earring and we still don’t understand why she took only 1 earring and left the other one still… anyways we went to see receptionist and reported everything but she is keep ignoring it and same time she was very nervous. Her name was Jessica and she advised wait until tomorrow to see the Manager guy… I also tried to return one of the room key because we are not feeling safe in this hotel by robbed their staffs so decided to stay in same room and cancel the other room but she didn’t accept it so we waited until next morning. Then we see this guy who is little better than other 2 ladies that I deal with, he has better custome service than those 2 rude ladies, fortunately he returned my ring that their staff stole from my luggage and he said they found it on the floor of lobby or something. I gave him one of the room key back and he promised that we can get our refund but this never happened even

The hotel was easy to find right in the center of Avalon. The room was clean and well kept up. I would definitely stay here again.

Reached out prior to my stay to see if I could postpone and get a voucher. Were hesitant and said someone would call me back the following day but no call. I can accept no cancellation policy, but customer service goes a long way. Coffee only served in the lobby.

I loved pretty much everything from checkin to checkout. The balcony view was stunning. The hotel was clean. Staff was very nice and informative. The only thing at first that I didn’t like was that I had to walk uphill (didn’t get a golf cart or taxi, my fault). BUT everything was so close that I actually enjoyed the walking after that first time, even walking uphill. For sure we will be back.

Perfect last minute hair brain week end idea and perfect place to end the day and recover from miles of walking, touring, and being a teenager at 73 years old. Excellent food everywhere and shopping through out the Island. Be sure and grab a Bison Tour and most important, HAVE FUN !!!!

The hotel, although not new, is good. Hotel guests should be aware that the hotel does not provide luggage storage services. You will have to run around with your suitcase. Don't settle for rooms on the first and second floor. It is not possible to sleep at night. Workers shout louder than visitors...
