Excellent service and comfort

Pool was closed and not advertised. Smelled like old smoke. Was very outdated. Bed was uncomfortable.

I had a ground floor unit and could park outside my room to bring in luggage. This was very convenient. the bed was comfortable as were the pillows, and clean

The place is a dump, I would not pay more than 30 dollars per day for this motel. Travelodge 200 meters away is like a 5 star hotel compared to this and they cost the same.

This property seriously needs renovation. All doors (room entrance, washroom) are squeaky, they do not easily close. You need to apply force to close them. All knobs in the bathroom (in the sink, bathtub) are squeaky. The toilet paper holder bracket and the towel holder are rusty. The door frames are broken and you can see patchwork to cover them. The grouts between the tiles are dirty. The breakfast was included, but very few items were there and it was cold breakfast. The neighbours were noisy at night, and you could hear them. I paid $140 for one night for this room. I have no idea how this kind of room can be rented out. I gave feedback to the front desk when I signed out. The lady took notes, but there was no apology or compensation offer for this kind of appalling condition of the accommodation.

Noisy during the night. Lots of yung people going back and forth on the holways, talking loud screaming and shouting, dog(s) barking.

Good value for money. Suitable for someone requiring basic necessities.

There were people talking and laughing beyond 3am. We talked to front desk, nothing he did or he could do about it. It was a terrible stay that night.

-First of all the room i first entered smelled like cigarrets. We changed rooms and the second one made a huge amount of noise when flushing the toilet but we had to stay as there werent anymore locations. Not to say that i had to go get the key and do all the move since they only have 1 person at the front which took forever to open the door when we arrived. -After a couple of days i asked the front desk why the rooms werent being cleaned and i was told that the mades are too busy. However the maid was sitting right beside my door using her cell phone. -During breakfast there is someone that watches over everything and multiple times told me that there werent anymore bagels and that i should eat what is left. -The shower is weak as the water only comes out of a few holes. -Shampoo and soap. They only give you one in the first day. Since they dont clear the rooms anymore that is all you get. We ended up purchasing our own. -The towel feels like im scraping something of my skin. Keeping in mind that we had 4 people and they only provided 3 towels. -Clerks all seems to be in an extremely bad mood. -Tv was slanted because of a dry piece of wood they put under it to try and balance it out, which did not work. -Hallway smells of cigaretts and wet carpet. I believe it hasnt been cleaned in year. - Pillows are hard. They seem to have been self stuffed and had bulky locations. In other words it had chunky spots depending on what area of the pillow you decided to use.

Our room was not clean and smelled like smoke. The toilet had feces stuck to rim, there was a vibrator on top of the soap dispenser from the last guest and the beds smelled of body odour and are in need of replacement. The hallway smelled like a bar,carpets stained, and bits of food and wrappers were scattered around. The lock bar on our door was broken and hanging, dogs are allowed and so seeing them coming in and out of building made me think that dogs were probably lying around on beds in our room and this is repulsive. Not a pleasant stay.

Very dated property.

Only real complaint, showers were very bipolar and didn't maintain temps. Standard cheap motel though, is whats to be expected

The staff were very friendly and accommodating but the place was run down, it smelled dank and the smoke from the smokers across the hall regularly wafted over and into the room.

The room was not clean. All surfaces were sticky. It was disgusting. The towels were stained. The bedsheets were stained. It was not pleasant. The AC unit was so noisy it was impossible to sleep with it on. The staff were really really nice when we could find them. Normally I'd say "you get what you pay for, but we paid $170/night - literally shouldn't be paying more than $100/night for a place like this, and even then, it should be clean.

The room was awful! Not worth the money that I paid.

It was near and clean. Good for A family trip

Very disappointed in the hotel. Online photos are very deceiving. Entire hotel smelled musty and smoky. Pillows on the beds were throw pillows with cases on them. Other guests were very noisy all night long. TV remote didn't work. Breakfast consisted of rawxwaffles and dry cereal. For the price, was a HUGE disappointment. Will never stay here again.

Some sliding doors I walked passed had broken screens. Our door did not close unless we pulled really hard. Looked like fresh coat of paint in the room though.

The pool was good. So was the complimentary breakfast.
