The staff were nice and helpful. I love the fact that it was a smoking room. The area is nice and quiet.

Staff in front office is slow to attend to the customers. Visiting with friends/boyfriend first, then will get to the customers.
The rooms were dusty, refrigerator was dirty, no place to hang clothes or put in any kind of drawers. Everything stayed in my suitcase.

The front desk was not very welcoming. I had to ask about breakfast hours and had checkout at 10 instead of normal 11am. Also breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10. The parking lot was unkempt as well. It was OK but not as welcoming or clean as Camp Verde Days Inn.

They checked me out of my room after 3rd night while I was away. I had paid for 5 nights. They did not bother to look at the reservation details and refunded my card 2 nights and put someone else in my room. Then had to hunt down all my belongings. I got all back except 2 gatorades. I give 0 stars. I was there to see my dieing best friend of 50 plus years and found out his oldest daughter will not live very long either (probably won't make it to the end of the year). With the crap the hotel pulled (which is most likely against the law) it added that much more stress. They think $30 is enough compensation. I do not think it is. I think they should have given me back the room I was in and move the person they had just put in there to the room they gave me. Also should have give me the room for free for the remaining 2 nights. They put me in a room that smelled horrible a TV half the size , no table space and no where to put my suitcase. AGAIN "0" STARS

Desk personnel struggle to communicate, I stayed 3 nights room was clean 1 night. Shower never got hot and was in poor repair. Room was clean and it looked to me like property had potential but not very well maintained

I would give this place zero stars. TVs do not work, blood on pillows, dirty bathroom. Do not recommend.

The hotel was out-dated all around. It needs a fresh look. As soon as I went into room I felt very cheap like a motel. Good thing I brought my phone charger because there was no usb plugs. I had bites on my legs when I got up the next morning probably from bed bugs. Area around stairs smelled of urine. Never again.

The TV was not working, and staff could not fix problem. Later on, we got it working somewhat by having to reset the changer and install on tv, but we did get a credit for our stay thanks to your staff member at counter who tried her best to get it to work.

Upon arriving the room was very dirty, towels were dingy the bedspread had a huge hole in it there were holes punched in the walls the bathroom towel rack had fallen off the wall. The pictures also show a hot tub and there is NO hot tub it has been filled in with concrete. Breakfast stops at 9am most days we weren’t even awake to get breakfast. There was no deadbolt part of the lock was there but not both pieces so we could deadbolt the door, and the tv did not work! Overall the room was discusting and if I didn’t already paid for it we would of left… the only thing nice about the whole stay is the bed, the mattress was comfy and the pool was clean!

They were in the process of upgrading/remodeling the motel. It looks great! Pool was refreshing. Staff was so accommodating and so nice. Both the day shift and night shift. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. Great stay!
Downfall, right next to two truck stop gas stations so traffic and idle noise was definitely running 24hrs.

Shower didn't have any hot water. In between the truck stop and hotel property is dirty. Truck stop truckers and hotel guests throwing there trash on the ground. Garbage by my room next to trash can not emptied and or trash not thrown away. Washer and dryers needed to be cleaned, very dirty. Had a king room,was nice for the price. Staff and maids were very nice.

No TV remote in room. Called desk and was told to come and pick up a remote at office. Was given 3 remotes and instructions. Followed instructions and TV still didn’t work. Called desk and was told we could change room. Declined this as we were already unpacked and wife was ready for bed. Obviously the room had not been properly prepared for occupancy. This motel is off our list. We regularly travel through here and will select something else.

It's a good place to stay the night or longer. The room was clean. Some of the stuff in the room could use an update but this was our 2nd stay and we'll definitely be back next time we're in town.
The only bad part was the 5:30 am trashman outside our room.

The staff was real friendly and excellent service , but the room… one of the beds had a stain, there was zero water pressure for the shower barley got warm so I took a semi cold shower.. and the free breakfast was just cereal, toast , packaged oatmeal. It was just now worth $11 for one night.

Friendly staff. Run down, ancient furniture, No desk chair, no hair dryer, very limited breakfast, freeway noise. Great Indian food next door. Ok for one night on way through but wouldn’t be back.
