The pool was closed on our stay although we were told it would open that day it did not open until the day we were leaving and thisnis the second time this has happened. Very upsetting

I enjoy staying here for several reasons. First the beds are great and rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel offers food and drinks as part of your stay from 5:30-7:30pm. The food is enough for a meal. In the morning they also offer free breakfast. All the food is great.

Due to a medical emergency, we did not get to stay; however, due to the policies of Hotels.com, they would not let us cancel and said not only did we have to pay the hotel charge, but if we cancelled, we would have to pay $195 in hotel fees from the hotel. Hotels.com never offered us to change the date or a credit as we are loyal Hotel.com customers. So we drove to the hotel, checked in and checked right out. The nice lady that checked me in was very compassionate and said that had booked thru the hotel directly, she could have helped us out and waived any fees. So $195 down the drain. That’s what I got for being a loyal customer which I’ll start directly booking thru the hotels and use our AARP discounts from here on out.

The mattresses are terrible - super uncomfortable if 2 people are sleeping in the same bed. Breakfast was poor. The items on the buffet looked gross and inedible.

This was a very nice hotel. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner that were way more than we expected. Not fancy, but a limited variety of good food, not typical buffet fare. plenty of drink options. We enjoyed our room and the people at the desk were very helpful. Clean, very appealing decor, and comfortable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The King Suite room was roomy. The bathroom floor was not asclean as I'd like. The food was mostly lukewarm. The front desk staff were exceptional and most of the food staff were great.

This is a great place to stay in ABQ. It has been redone and is very nice. The evening snack time was like a full meal and breakfast was fabulous. We will definitely keep using this hotel when traveling to ABQ.

Super duper staff. Attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great and what a nice touch to have free tacos and drinks when we got there! Room was clean and spacious and inviting. Comfortable bed . Temperature of the bedroom was either cold or warm, . It was hard to keep it consistent.

Our stay was perfect as usual at Dury Inn. We always look for Drury Inn available when traveling. Has always been exceptional without disappointment. Kickbacks in evening and breakfast is always great and included. Saves 2 meals on the road.
