This is a beautiful property and walking distance to many fine restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed my stay.

First off was guest service representative David. When i called he listened to my request and was able to get me into a lovely room that met my needs perfectly. Then check in was easy and parking was included(a big deal in Delray evidently) I didnt really spend a lot of time at the property but everyone was friendly and helpful. I would come back . Its an easy walk to the beach and away from the crazy "downtown" area noise and crowd. Maybe I'll come back for a midweek stay cation

Stayed for a two week extended trip. Absolutely loved my stay. One of my favorite properties in this area. Can’t be beat for this price.

I liked the location of the hotel since it was a walkable distance to the beach. I liked that it offered free breakfast and parking was included in the resort fee.

Awesome stay!

Location is perfect!! one block from the beach, on atlantic ave you find all the restaurants and shops. Breakfast is really good, nice variety and the waffles are the best !! Clean rooms, great housekeeping, front desk super nice, beds are comfy and spacious rooms.

Walk to beach, nice pool, exercise gym. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Nice accommodations would stay here again. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

great location, up to date rooms, full kitchen

We stayed Sunday night thru Friday morning, I called on Sunday and let them know that our flight was delayed and would not be in until after midnight. When we got there at 2:00 am she said we were a No Call No Show and said we should have called, we were on our flight and could not call. Finally made it good but didn’t get into our room until 3:00 am. A couple of other things happened. We had a do not disturb on our door but at 9:00 am the housekeeper knock and came into our room. The hotel is definitely children friendly, we saw a child throw up in the pool. No children were taken to the restroom regularly, hmmm. Then I found a used old razor blade on rock in the pool area. Probably won’t say again due to not having an adult only pool and cleanliness of the common areas.

Always a comfortable stay at this hotel.

Amazing service

The staff was accommodating the location was perfect a block away from the beach right next to great restuarants. Love the free golf carts and every place I ate from pizza to seafood was fantastic. it was relaxing and one of the best weekend getaways I have gone too

Big, clean rooms. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Conveniently located and very close to the beach and shopping boutiques. I enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Beautiful large pool with towels, fully stocked breakfast (pastries-LOVE the blueberry and apple turnovers, self made waffles, fruit, cereal, milk, juices, coffee, hot cocoa, eggs, sausage, bacon, toaster for breads/bagels). Comfortable Beautyrest mattress, soft lush towels, Nest toiletries replenished daily. Our pool view suite with living room and pullout couch, kitchen with all dishes, pans, utensils, and bedroom with 2 queen beds with bathroom was perfect. Snack shop in lobby and parking passes for us and family that visited us was all perfect!!!! We will be back!! Pool bathroom could be nicer. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Overall good hotel but lacks amenities.

Hotel is really nice. Great location! Complimentary breakfast is a plus! The only thing a have to say, is that room service is not the best. Spent one week and they broomed the floor just once.
