One of the better Super 8's we have stayed at. Check in person was not friendly at all. Only has us fill out usual form. Did not give any info on pool location, ice machine or breakfast. Gave us key cards and that was it.

The drain in the tub/shower was slow so stood in water when showering. Door jam in bathroom coming off and nails showing. Refrigerator and coffee maker didn’t work but figured out it was the outlet not working.

I have 3 dogs. I called the head, they said they would take dogs..Not cats
The room was dirty and we had to sit in the room all night. With the dogsAfter I had made an appointment to go on a trolley ride. The dogs would have been crated. Could not come with.! Did not go on the trolley ride.Just stay in the room with the dogs and could not get reimbursed for the trolley ride, which was ninety dollars.. We have stayed up here with dogs. Before our dogs would have been just fine alone for a little bit, but now I lost out money there and overcharging for the dogs. Not real.Happy plus the room was dirty! Burn marks on the floor and the sink. The fact that I lost money was a big factor too. !!!

I just needed an inexpensive place to stay while volunteering in Door County. This hotel was clean and convenient. It had a nice pool, and comfortable rooms. Yes, it's not a 5 star hotel, but it was good for what I needed.

Good Internet speed and serviceable breakfast. Other than that, this hotel is tired and badly in need of an update, such as new bed linens, carpet and a few outlets near the bed/end table for chargers.

Our room did not lock (only the chain), Bathroom door was broken, Sink faucet leaked, Bed Spreads were filthy. Will be our last stay at this particular hotel.

Steps with no elevator and unwilling to switch rooms to main floor. Room was to be nonsmoking but reeked of smoke. Woke up in middle of night unable to breathe, coughing, runny nose.

This location was affordable and comfortable. I reported a problem of a broken door chain lock and an unusable deadbolt door lock on my first day of my stay. Unfortunately the locks were never fixed before the end of my 3-day stay. This left me with a very insecure feeling. A different room should have been provided if they were not able to fix the problem in a timely manner. Very disappointing.

Cigarette buts all around property. Needs general maintenance on outside. No stoppers in bathtubs we stayed in. Tried to rectify but piece given me didn’t fit the tub drain.

I would never stay here again!! The blankets were full of burn holes and stained. We had to go out and buy our own blanket! The bath tub felt like there were holes in it that they just covered up with a patch. The TV was tiny! The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was like warm, smelled like overpowering chlorine. Wouldn’t recommend!

Did not like a lamp that did not work and could hear the upstairs room walking around. But overall a nice place to stay.

Staff attitude very uncourteous. Had a plugged up toilet and after I called they never showed up. Returned that evening and the plunger was sitting in the hallway by door. Had to do it ourselves.

Very clean motel. Friendly front desk staff (she was tje only one working at that time due to stafing), pool wasvery clean. And, they accepted our Orbucks! We will definitely stay here again.

It was a little confusing the first time to get to the motel from the highway. In subsequent trips back to the motel, it became easier to navigate after the first time.

It took 35 minutes to check in. Then there was a added deposit fee that it did not inform us on website about. Once we got into the room we noticed the door on all 4 sides didn't fit in the doorway. There was about a 2 inch gap between the frame and the door. The bedding was dirty in a "clean" room. There was multiple complaints about how dirty the bedding was by multiple guests. 1 bed sheet had a large circle of blood on it and they were calling it clean for example of what the problems were with it. At breakfast the manager/owner was hovering over guests and telling them to put back food if he thought they were taking to much. These were just some of the issues we had. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK.
