I saw on Expedia that the property had a 4.8 rating (which I thought was out of 5.0). Later I discovered it was out of 10.0 and one of the worst hotels in Chico. After we checked in, I took a shower. When I opened the towels, I found they were covered in black splotches and had several black hairs stuck to them. All the towels were filthy. I got dressed while soaking wet since there were no clean towels, and we were offered another room. This time only half the towels had black spots, but the floor had not been vacuumed. There were moths and bugs on the floor. Also, the first room had no microwave or refrigerator, but had a coffee maker, but the second room had both a microwave and refrigerator but no coffee pot The sink stopper in the first room was broken so the water didn't drain, and the lights in the ceiling were broken in the second room. The grout around the bathtub was disgustingly black. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable so we were able to sleep, but we hightailed it out of there in the morning. Not a good feeling.

The property was ok for the occasion. The price was high but it was graduation week. Pool has been fillled in.

It was a very basic motel. I chose it cause it was pet friendly. The room was fine, a bit small. The facility was quiet, dog area was close and pretty clean. The family who ran the motel are nice people.

The people that run this place is amazing. Very nice and helpful plus it's quite for the most part

Ice machine wasn’t working and you couldn’t get drinks out of the machine

Left charge cords behind. Staff was very helpful in trying to locate them.

Awful! Cacoaches everywhere. Not worth $77. Dont even bother!

Spider webs and dirty towels never will go back. Tv and fridge were unplugged. Sheets were dirty too with hair and mascara

Unfortunately for the cost off the room i dont feel it was worth the money.Cleanliness goes along way in my book when chosing to return to the property at a future date.Place was in need of repairs that where obviously being neglected.staff where probably about the rudest people Ive have. Ever met in a management position.well hope yoi gey tje point.

The reception was warm, the room clean but the blanket was stained and had cigarette burns. IT needed replacement. Pillows flat. I liked the location, parking, and quiet nature of the place.

Horrible experience the towels wore torn dirty and slot of roaches they where even coming out of the cable box discusting the good thing is that they gave us a full refund.

Room was due for an update. Smelled bad like smoke, even though non smoking room. Did not stay, immediately checked out.

Rooms were filthy, curtains were torn & stained , walls & doors were dirty , bathrooms didn’t even look like they were ever cleaned , towels had stains so far the worst placed I had ever stayed at in my life do not recommend

I have never left a bad review in a hotel before since I do realize that most times you get what you pay for, but this time I can’t avoid to pass the info along. The room was dirty, the towels had stains on it, there were blood stains on the hot tub and we realized that we got bed bugs as well. I have rashes all over my body and seeking medical treatment. The service and area were ok, but you can find a decent hotel to stay for the same amount of money that doesn’t make hut want to throw up when you think of it. Do not stay in this hotel

The propery was very poorly taken care of and dirty.. Housekeeping was very rude

The manager was super nice and helpful. He even swung by 10-15 minutes after check in to make sure everything was okay. The negatives were that the room smelled like pee whenever you leave and come back and that the shower had horrible water pressure

Room was not cleaned, had to move. The others were not much better. Bugs, No soap, had not been vacuumed, no remote and loud neighbors. They doubled there fee bcuz of college graduation. Nothing else available.

It was close to the places we wanted to go. The bathtub had Jacuzzi jets that weren't clean, and the chair in the room was broken. Brought up the chair with management, and he said "it's missing a screw" and left.

The bed had crackers in them and mascara or grease smeared on it. The towels were stained with blood or dark red something. Very dirty! I would never stay there again!

All The linen was dingy. Looked like someone cleaned their shoes with them. I have never seen towels look like this in a hotels.

First room we got wasnt clean and still have a burger on the table and then we got moved to another room after complaining and the bed sheets had white marks all over it
