my room was not clean. the bed was unmade. the trash was full. i called the front desk and was told no maids were available and they would refund our money but not get me clean sheets/trash dumped. i did not check in until 630pm that evening

Honestly it wasnt that bad.. You get what you pay for.. The outside and entrance is nice but the hallway and rooms are slightly dated. Have a dewy smell in the building but not over whelming. The beds are dated as well but wasnt bad to sleep on! Didnt have any creatures in my room but my loved one killed a roach in theirs. Staff was friendly and the "continental breakfast" could definitely use a revamp!

Awful… where do I start.
Horrific, god awful worst pillows of ALL TIME. Uncomfortable horrendously stiff mattress. Smelled horrible on EVERY floor. Room was SO, SO, SO bright. EVEN AT NIGHT. Stupid “tissue paper” blind over the window did nothing. Water pressure in the bathroom faucet was violent and unnecessarily strong.

Property HAD MOLD in BATHROOMS ! I left a day earlier than expected and they DIDNT refund me . Had bugs in the rooms . Pool was disgusting !

The hotel stay was fine. The only thing that took away from the room was to enter the room to be greeted by a nasty hammock (ottoman). Wouldn't know it was to be there if it was or had been removed. Everything else was great.

Staff was very nice and efficient. Our room was wonderful except it didn't look like the floors had been vacuumed in a while and they only offer housekeeping every three days. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

Pros: Front Desk was friendly, Check in was smooth.
Cons:Our bathroom had roaches, chairs had stains. For it to be renovated, furniture was still dated, mold in tub/ shower area, water had funny smell. Contacted front desk and went to front desk to address issues; no one was there.

The hotel staff are welcoming with a warm greeting as you walk in. I am briefed on the choice hotels rewards w/key cards and the rest of the stay is exceptional. The breakfast has lots of choices and the drinks are cold and good.

Easy check in. Rooms are what is expected for the price. They are upgrading so the hotel owner is doing their part. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was extremely quiet while I was there. Check out was easy.
McAlister’s Deli was delicious and just a little ways down the road. A neighborhood Wal Mart is across the street.

I was looking forward to getting in the pool but wasn’t able to because according to the front desk it was closed for some odd reason. I also had a bad experience with the front desk when I went to ask for towels they weren’t available. The lady at the front desk told me that it wasn’t her job to do so.She was very rude and gave me an attitude.

They charged the wrong credit card. The front desk was slow to respond. I requested a a handicap room in my reservation. They told me I had one when i got there. when I went into the room, It was not The phone in the room did not work, the TV did not work and when I got to check out. The system was down and the front desk clerk was asleep. I would like a partial refund.

If we hadnt checked in so laye at night after an extremely long day of travel we would have left. Immediately we had concern that the back door that requires a card to be scanned in was broken and open for anyone to walk in. The carpet was torn amd dingy. When we got to our room there was a bad smell, blood dropelts in the wall by the window, dead bugs in the tub. The sink faucet was so loose water was goinf everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Thankfully we were so tired and literally only needed to sleep for a few hours before getting on the road again
