The day was great. The elevators was broken the whole time we were there.

My mom and I were visiting family in Glenville, GA and decided this was a grest location. The room was very clean and up to date with quality furniture and appliances. The breakfast had a nice set up and great food. The staff were very professional and hospitable. Every staff member spoke each time they saw us and greeted us with a smile. My mom and I truly enjoyed out visit.

I do have a suggestion. Add some lights around the pool. It was nice to be at the pool until 10 pm, but it was hard to see. Kudos to salt water pool!

We needed a pet friendly hotel while moving a family member. We arrived later in the evening with the desk staff member being pleasant. No hassle checking in. Already had my info from hotels.com booking. Room was clean, accommodating and quiet, bed was comfortable. Breakfast -great food and an assortment of items. Dennis, can’t say enough about his hospitality. What a great employee to have on staff. Honestly, ALL the staff members were pleasant, hospitable and kind. On our way out, one of the maids, cleaning another room, noticed we were leaving, looked at us and told us to have safe travels. We will be staying at the establishment again.

Came to see my see my son on base …hotel was comfortable but needed some maintenance…we were on second floor and ceiling was dropping from mold or water leak…room was ok but bathroom all the corners had dirt and grime and mold from no one wiping them …wish they would use bleach to clean hard to tell if cleaning sprays … breakfast was good and service worker at the breakfast area he was excellent….Overall Hinesville is a tough place to find.a 5star hotel …the last one I stayed at was pretty much the same as this one

I use honey for my tea. I used all but one honey to sweeten my tea. A few minutes later I went back and to my surprise the staff had restocked the honey. It was great to see how attentive they were.

Clean and nice room. We had a pack and play and still had plenty of room. Comfy beds. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Dennis, that was working at breakfast was fantastic. He was very personable and let the kids have a mini egg hunt. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

The staff's were exceptionally nice and helpful. Room was so clean and really nice. We liked the hotel so much we will booked it for our return trip. Highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in a comfortable bed, my only issue is there was a fan type noise coming from the bathroom even with the fan off. Had to keep bathroom door closed to muffle the noise. The staff were awesome

Nice staff, great breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed. Cons: loud guests blasting music, motorcycles revving up all evening, the overall condition of the hotel could use some sprucing up compared to the other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The best part was an employee named Dennis, he was upbeat, courteous, went above and beyond with cleaning the breakfast area, refilling everything, helping guests, he even had a treasure box for the little kids to pick something out of. He was very kind and made my morning :)

The hotel could use some attention, but we're only passing through so we could live with it. The tub needs a good scrubbing, light bulbs replacing, animal crackers removed from the AC unit (no joke), and fixing the door to the closest without the use of tape.

Had booked a king bed some time ago, they changed us to two queen beds. Room was clean but run down. Part of the molding around the walls were falling over. Ceiling had water damage, the sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t drain properly. Definitely in need of remodeling.
We have stayed at a number of Hampton inns and were always satisfied but not this time.
The breakfast was ok.

Overall clean and safe stay. Great customer service. Happy hour treats were a great surprise. Will definitely return when visiting Son at Ft. Stewart.
