They have an excellent customer service. Not the first time we are staying and we, for sure, will come back

Front desk woman was exceptional. She upgraded our room to be more comfortable

We had 2 separate bookings through Expedia, and the woman at the front desk took the initiative to combine bookings and even upgraded our hotel. We were so pleased!

First impressions were great, but sadly that’s where it ended. We called about swimming and were told 10pm closing. We got the kids ready, upstairs to level 7.. oh we’re closed. Reception said there had been a mix up… fine these things happen. We then rolled out the sofa bed, no blankets, sheets nothing. We called reception nearly 30 mins later and a 2nd call to request again… lastly don’t try and cool anything in the fridge… it doesn’t do its job.

Rooms are dated and dirty.

Had a fantastic stay here with my children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was still some work being done and had the occasional noise in the morning. The pool remained closed but we made use of the Spa which was nice and not crowded.

The picture of the room that was on the ads was not the room we got the pictures showed a room with a bed and then a separate room/living room with a sofa foldout bed and we ended up getting one room with 2 twin sized beds pushed together as you can expect for 2 guys traveling together this was less than ideal considering what we thought we were spending $200 a night for

The room was a little dated compared to the lobby/front area. It was ok for our emergency stay in Barcelona

Not a 4 star ! Over charged me and continued to charge my card after I left. Horrible greasy breakfast, overpriced lunch .. ughh just awful

Lovely quiet hotel located a 5 minute walk from the Camp Nou. Also located close to Collblanc metro which can be an easy station to travel to from airport and to get to city centre. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

There is a pool and terrace but it was closed so there was no out area to relax in

In general everything is good at the hotel. Only at the spa I couldn’t enjoy peaceful aa they admit kids and they are running and yelling everywhere

The property I stayed at was very clean and tidy the only problem was the floor board was uneven but apart from that it’s was very good

The staff at this hotel from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff to the maids were all very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel lobby, restaurant and bar are lovely. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Nice hotel

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel appears to be undergoing significant refurbishment, the one working lift was very temperamental! There was work dust but rooms were clean and well appointed. Metro stop is a few minutes walk away, places to eat out also available. Suited us a family of four very well.

Hotel is still under construction and I tripped over missing floor panel. Thankfully I caught myself prior to fall. Air in lobby was very dusty due to costruction, so if you have asthma, you should avoid this place. There were small moths in the room, so if you have wool, it will likely become contaminated. Shower head came appart from the hose and i took a shower by directing a water stream from.the hose over my body. The construction was very cheap and they cut corners extensively on equipment. One of the reasons for chosing this place was the nice looking indoir pool photos that I thought kids could play in. I was surprised to learn that indoor pool facility required an extra charge of 20 euros per person. The outdoor unheated pool was included in the hotel price; this was on December 28th and outdoir temperature was near freezing in evening. Perhaps it was a joke played on tourists, and it felt like a scam to me. Perhaps by summer, hotel will be ready for business but, I hope they use better construction methods or problems will persist. Lastly, many guests looked like refugees from recent Ukraine/Russia conflict.

Great location close to the airport with excellent connection to get to Barcelona center.

Really good stay. Staff is really helpful and polite. Spa is awesome. Will definitely be back.
