Staff were very kind, welcoming, and professional. Stayed there one night and will stay there again because of the great customer service I received

The room was cold. The blanket was paper thin and ther was NO Wi-Fi. I checked in late and they werneilling to refund my 2 night stay but I was too tired to check out. Checked out early the next morning and was refund in my second night. La Quinta inn was 10000% better

Loudness from other rooms, slamming of doors/music playing until pass 11pm (despite contacting staff), I found/killed (2) bugs when going to restroom, no clock, no coffee pot, no refrigerator, no iron... such lousy experience and wasted evening etc...

AC was very old and not working properly. Management sent someone to fix it, but he said he could t do much about it because it was too old. It was terribly hot in the room, and we had an elderly person with us, so management said they would refund us if we chose to leave.

Adequate for quick sleepover but I wouldn't want to stay for any length of time although they seem to be fixing some broken amenities and cleaning up the property. So gives it more potential for future stops based on a lower price.

Staff was great. Thought I was going to have a refrigerator and microwave but I must have read that wrong. They did have a microwave in the lobby that I used several times. No ice which sucked since we did not have a refrigerator. All and all ok. Basic room nothing special.

Their ice machines are props so don't ask about ice. The best thing about this Motel 6 are Luis and Conner! They both are friendly, efficient, and they actually care!

Check in was fine. Opened the door and room reeked of Marijuana. Bed was very uncomfortable. between smell and bed, my wife went and tried to sleep in the car. I opened the window and that helped until people started smoking more MJ outside. i would have went to change the room but we arrived after 11 pm and had to leave early in the am and just was too tired to put the effort in. While in the car, my wife noted multiple guys with flashlights checking out cars between 1 am and 4 am.

Very unique workers along with homeless people living people drink all over the place smoke cigarettes and do drugs there vandalism and fake advertisement no ice machine and bad AC majority time not working

This site was terrible...and I have had my share of low budget motels. First, the key kept on disconnecting for me and others (people not with me). So each time we went to our rooms, we would have to go to reception to connect the keys again. Second, it was obvious that this site offers "nap rates" with different people coming to visit each other. Third, the AC kept going off and the staff would let you know that the unit is a swamp cooler and it will keep going off. Finally, on the second day of dealing with this poor site, I asked the reception desk if this is just an off weekend, and they very unpolitely told me "nope. must be just you finding issues."

Hottest time of the year. No air conditioning in room, Ice machine broken and no fans available. No one informed me that the A/C was out. I would have changed locations. Motel 6 should be investigated. Drenched in my own sweat all night long. Hotels.com should get my money back.

If you need a night where to sleep this is the place for it. The place needs a mayor upgrade. You can hear everything from outside.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. Location is in a quiet area. We got a good nights sleep. The quality of the Motel 6 is average.

The pictures for this hotel are deceiving. The air conditioner in our room would not stop leaking a large amount of water and the staff said they could not fix this. The pipes are all old and need to be replaced. The door looks like its been kicked in so many times that the latching lock on the inside of the door was moved so many times and was so loose. They do not sweep the outside common areas, looks dirty and unkept. We were supposed to stay there for 2 weeks but only after 2 nights we were forced to leave because 2 men was driving around the hotel looking for us after trying to talk to my 16 year old daughter. It was so creepy that we were not sure if they were trying to take her or do something to us all. Not worth your money or safety.

I wanted to work at the hotel room, so I requested a quiet corner room. However, the neighbor was playing music or TV so loudly all day long even late at night. So I could not concentrate on my work. Also the free wifi was incredibly slow. The receptionists were not nice, either. I was totally disappointed.

I had issues from the beginning wrong room , key doesn’t work I have to reset the card 3 times Door was stuck every single time when I try to open it and I left a iPhone 15 doble charger and they said that the charger it wasn’t in the room I hope this help people to choose a better place to stay no for saving couple dlls you end having a experience like this

Water didn’t get hot enough, the bed was springy and the sheets were super thin, but it was cheap and convenient. You get what you pay for!

Rooms smelled super bad of cigarettes, after notifying staff they said they would spray the room didn’t help after 2nd complaint they moved us rooms 2nd room was better but you can smell smoke through the vents. There were lots of people just randomly walking around the pool was dirty i was truly disappointed
