A decent overnight stay. I slept well though since I was tired. I requested a non smoking room but the room smells like cigarettes. The hotel is not far from the Joshua Tree park north gate.

I think i reviewed this same motel for my stay the previous week. This room seemed a little more worn. Maybe some old water damage on the bathroom ceiling that was patched. Also, i looked under the bed, and saw serious dust bunnies. So not super clean, but still, good, for the price. Saved $100 over two nights versus the Super 8 in Yucca Valley. Hotels.com price was great.

It was clean and newly renovated. Highly recommend!

Rating based on class and price. It's a Motel 6. Reasonable price on short notice. Third floor room was quiet. I like the "hardwood" floor. No carpet to hide who knows what. In room mini fridge was fine. Froze my blue ice overnight. Bed was fine. AC a bit weak, but sufficient. Bathroom clean. Great location.

The room was big and had everything except electrical outlets. There were a few stains on the bathroom wall but other than that, it was fine. Staff were pleasant and a big thank you for the amount of grass they had. We are from Ohio and our dogs are used to doing their business in grass. Who knew all the grassy parks in Twentynine Palms would not allow pets. Pet owners, please pick up after your pets and don’t ruin parks for the rest of us.

The Staff here is AMAZING Karen at front desk is kind compassionate helpful and just a pleasure housekeeping is always kind helpful and dont give you an attitude when you need anything. I would highly recommend this Motel 6 if you are ever on this side of town. Its been a great stay for me absolutely NO COMPLAINTS from me

Clean room and restroom. If you keep some more options for food, that can help 🙂

I loved this place! Everyone was nice, laundry facilities were great, indoor pool stayed open til 11 and provided towels.

All the staff is very nice. A lot of parking. Rooms are ok. Should put people with pets in a different area, so we can hear the dogs barking. Scratches is the flooring from pets looks bad. Again maybe asign rooms for people with pets separated from people without pets.

I stayed one night to go to Joshua Tree National Park and it was what I needed. No complaints at all.

Nice pool which is such a necessity when it’s 100 degrees out but overall nice place nice staff and very affordable

Good rooms for the price. There was areas in the floor that could be fixed but overall good.

The accommodation was fine! We had a good night sleep! Room was definitely clean! Our initial concern was safety just based on the area it was in.

The room smelled like cigarette smoking when it’s a nonsmoking room.

Checked in a little early which makes it harder to find room ready. Even then I was able to change up rooms to find the one with strongest AC. Thank you for great service. I have been staying here off and on for weeks and the one cleaning rooms and up front doing awesome job....... Most of the timem

I just love the privacy.

Absolutely amazing staff, made my kids and i feel very welcome, everyone was super friendly and happy, regardless of how miserably hot it got at times, even the maintenance guy was super nice and cheerful. definitely recommended to my friend's and family wherever they're in 29 Palms.

Management is a joke it's hardly even there it's like nothing I've ever seen before I've been in third world countries ....where service hospitality ....was better... So I already said never ever ever ever again

Not a bad place for the money, The lady at the front dest was very nice when checking in. Pics of the outside look a bit better than when you see it in person. I bit sketchy, but never felt unsafe.

I like the palm trees and the sunset, and that they lights outside of the rooms that look like lanterns from a far.

It was so dirty and scary we were there for 10 minutes before we decided to leave and stay elsewhere.

Nice staff. The ac was very cold, but someone came to look at it. They were helpful when my ice packs got stuck in the freezer. Grateful to swim in the pool. They were kind and accomodating.

The woman who checked me was friendly and upgraded my room. The room was extremely clean. The parking lot was a little dirty though. There was a dog barking this morning. The pool was clean and fun to hang out with the kids. Overall good.

The bed in the room had a very noticeable dip that made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also, there seemed to have been smokers in the room before because there was a smell of smoke in it even though it was a non-smoking room.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. budget friendly for the area and fine for a 1-2 night stay. Building is a bit rough, the second floor walkway was a bit sketchy. Surrounding area didn’t feel safe at night, but area directly around motel is fine.

The room was dirty and then I called to the front desk and she asked me did I want to get some cleaning supplies to clean the room myself

I literally helped staff wash blood off a wall and the bathroom door. Maintenance had to come in, also, to rehang the curtain. Another guest had a large dog which came out of their room right up to me (I have a dog and have had dogs for years and volunteer in rescue) and scared the sh$# out of me. Same room had a guest who got pissed out and was cursing at me for not saying "hi" back to him. I've stayed here before and have had various experiences with this outfit and this was the worst, not to mention, the lady at the front desk seemed like my coming to check in was an inconvenience for her and normally you can expect the most cheerful bunch behind that counter. Horrible night but once the staff and MYSELF had the room clean, I locked the door and left as soon as in the morning
