Dirty and filthy room and TV did not work

The floor was not clean. Sink, water was not drained good.

Bed was terrible rather have slept on the floor but it was o dirty

It was horrible. We walked into the lobby and the floor was very sticky. We went to our room and the bedroom floor was all wet from the a/c that was in the room. I was about to put my keys down on the nightstand when a bug/roach crawled down behind the phone and there was cigarette burns into the nightstand. We ended up checking out a few minutes afterwards and decided to go somewhere else.

The staff is okay. I know their not responsible for anything happening to vehicles but it would be nice about a heads-up

The restroom had what seemed to be blood stains. There were several fruit flies around and only one small bar of soap. There were holes in the walls and loud neighbors. Mattresses were stained and had no support.

Good place for low price. Exactly what I needed

I’ve stayed at multiple Motel 6 and this was the worst. The towels were not changed and when the lights went out, cockroaches came out. My son was laying on bed and one was walking on him. The clerk just laughed when I told him I was not staying and leaving, not offering to rectify the situation. The pictures of the room is not what was seen when I checked in. Do not stay here. It is the absolute worst!

The room looks like hadn’t been clean in along time , the bed was awful I am not even sure that was a real mattress , the walls were dirty had all type of spots and the floor was disgusting , there was a strong smoke smell in the room , amongst that cigarette burns all over the place, graffiti on the mirrors. No one sleeps at night there was noises all night , there was a Rambo knife on top of a trash can. We had to go buy towels and the bedding because we didn’t trust the filth. I don’t think this hotel should be open .

Hotel was over booked. Crowded and super congested parking lot

The receptionist was super rude. Very unprofessional. I have gotten rooms here a few times and i have never encountered this situation

They don't keep what they promise, it's terrible, the conditions change at the last minute. The attention of the staff is terrible.

Typical motel 6. Has what you need to sleep and a mini fridge and tv. Our room had a tv that was damaged with dead pixels and fridge wasn’t plugged in. Otherwise nothing good or bad to speak of. Just a typical motel 6

There was a lots of bugs in side the room and outside

They did not service our room and everything was run down/dirty

Well I reserved a delux rooms and they giving me a cheaper room. The room doesn't have TV. No refrigerator and no shop

There was a cockroach and around there was other peoples hair like they didn’t actually clean on the towels and in the bathtub and on the sink and there was a funny smell in the room like mildew

They area is nice. What i dis not like is that my car was vandalized with gun shots over a broad who was playing these fools there. Very unsafe because the do not keep to the rules of two - four people per room. Staff never came over to regulate the over populate room.

Restroom was durty and bed bugs bigts

It was okay for a night. I have stayed at other Motel6. That I would rate a 5 star Motel6. This one I would rate a 2 star. When first walked in the room, there was a smell in it like mold. I had only one pillow and only 2 sheets no blanket. Restroom only 2 towels no wash towel no hand wash soap. I found only it smelled like mold, it was in the restroom. Pictures add. The front office was friendly and helpful with my needs. But the cleaning crew and handyman is another thing. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but changes must be made first. First, fixing the mold problems and then a deep cleaning of the room. But, I was maybe to get a good and quiet nights rest. Btw. Dirty towels left by someone by in front of my door.

Drug addicts all over the place. People at the front desk let them hangout in the laundry room. There were no towels available. No housekeeping. Will not be going to this property again.

Check in staff was great and the only thing positive about this stay. Our room was dirty, smelled like cat pee, the toilet didn't flush, there was mold in the shower, the bed had a big stain in the middle and the room had grafitti on the wall and curtains. We booked 2 nights and I could barely make it one night. I had zero sleep. Lots of creepy suspect looking characters hanging around. Looks like long term dwellers live there. Not a safe looking place.

Poor condition motel, but conveniently located

Room was extreme dirty w sketchy people next door and homeless walking outside, I instantly request a refund, after a week still not signals of my refund, neither sides are helpful.

my family and i trying to check motel close to my grandfather funeral .so me and my kids travel all the way sandiego to get motel close to my grandfather funeral. but when we check in already . we check inside aircon broken, bedbugs, flys on the wall bathroom dirty ni trashcan really disgusting smell so bad im so disapointed. terrible after we check we go back to the cashier and cancel our stay for 2 nights. the front desk said i have to call expedia to cancel it. please dont come here specially if u have kids its not safe.

The environment is poor and too much noise even in the late evening.
