Nice place to stay with gated parking. Area outside property is sketchy. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Couple next door argued in front of my room until 4 in the morning.

My go to place for stays. Super clean and affordable. Professional and very friendly staff! Place is secure with a gate. Best place to stay in South Sac! Especially love the exclusive channels ! Not just regular cable. Highly recommend!

It was a decent motel and they may have issues others experienced that aren't good however we didn't experience anything major, just a showerhead with a leak that had to be watched so it wouldn't spray over the curtain and onto the floor and the room was too small for 2 beds and 1 of the beds covered the A/C intake vent so it couldn't breathe and we had to pull the bed away some so the air could flow to allow proper function. Staff were nice and understanding.

I am making this place my go to for my stays! Staff is always welcoming. I am happy to come back to this place again! Very affordable, clean and comfortable. I even got the same room. Super satisfied with my stay. Customer Service and amenities is the best I have received. Highly recommend.

My first time at a Motel 6 and it exceeded my expectations! Room smelled nice. Bathroom is stylish. Staff is super polite and professional. Location is safe and quiet. Convenient place off the freeway. Best security deposit of only $50! Price for the room is affordable. I really enjoyed the smart TV! Definitely an upgrade from previous stays. My experience is 10/10! 5/5 stars!! Definitely recommend. Definitely re booking!

No house keeping.no new towels.no cleaning at all.i went their with my family my wife 2 children's 1 kid and 1 infant for three night Expedia told me to pay after I checked out but the management ask me for cash upfront for all three night and they also won't accept my PayPal card.we come from long flight form Baltimore Maryland so I pay in cash.my suggestion to Expedia is not show such option when someone coming with children.Total waste of money and time and mood too.

Everything is good

I had requested a ground level room, but none were available to me. The room I booked was called a Deluxe Queen bedroom. Nothing deluxe about it...very small and dull (bare walls...no decorations or artwork, or clock or alarm nor instructions how to work the TV). No amenities but a small bar of soap. The water pressure was extremely weak, especially in the sink that you could not fill because there was no stopper. The towels were very rough and over-washed; they felt like sandpaper. Yet they still charged a lot for this small bare minimum room. Barefoot, half-dressed homeless men were hanging out around the perimeters. I certainly do NOT recommend this motel.

The property was clean. The room was clean. The pool needs a lot of maintenance.

This motel had cockroaches, and I'm disabled and they had a hard time accommodating me, i asked for a refund but they got me a smaller rm my chair barely fit.

I like that there’s places close by to eat… I did not like that it was one toilet paper roll and no shampoo and they were some bugs….. but everything was good thanks

If you’ve been to one Motel 6 you’ve been to them all. Room smelled like smoke and sheets had burn marks from ashes. Sink area and bathroom area dirty, lots of hair left from last guest. Shower pressure was basically a trickle of water. Surrounding area of the facility wasn’t too bad, been at worse but there are homeless near by. The complex is gated and you need your room key to get in the fence line. The office has a lot of security surveillance. Only stay here if you’re strapped for cash or no other alternative.

I like that the air conditioning worked really well. I didn’t like that when I got there they told me that my reservation had been canceled, but then they reinstated it. I don’t know, how or why my reservation got canceled, but I’m happy that it got fixed. I didn’t like that they had cockroaches. I did not like that they didn’t have a coffee maker in the room but I did like the coffee that they served in the office. It was really good.

Spot was not high end but the price is almost as much as marriot's

What i like about this place was the onsite wash house and pool that is avabile. However, the pool water was not clean,really. Wash house by a 3rd party overcharges for hot or extra dry.. What is disliked gere is the mananger and smiling sandy and tall smiling young guy. The mananger upcharges everyone differently. Poor customer svc. I was told to pay 90$ on a *weekday wheres the rat is 68-70 tax. Very unprofessional to try to scam someone and charge another cheaper. It is sad to dime and knicle people. There is too much favoritetism for ethical.backgrounds here. All fijian and non spaeking mexican house keepers who dont know how to give you a towel or yet toliet paper*.. So sad to this kind of manangement. I will not recommend this motel 6,South

Mangement up charges for select customers. They play around with rates. Room need upgrading, no screens on windows.windows can be open entirely, sink slow flow.plumbing needs to be completed. Stop upchargung for so little in return
