It was amazing

Our view was the busy Main Street in front of our row of rooms. Very noisy location.
Room was super clean and efficient. No complaints there. Person next door took off on his motorcycle at 6:30am. The noise blasted us out of bed! Maybe a reminder for those types to walk the bikes away from the other rooms. Receptionist was very nice.

I paid for my son's room and he does not have a credit card. they would not give him the room because he needed 100 for incidentals if he charged to room.
I tried to give them my card over the phone for this and they wouldnt take it. It was 10 pm and he still want allowed in his room. WHY would they take the card for the reservation but not the incidentals?

The room was clean, and the bed comfy. But there was no nightstand on one side of the bed, which meant there was no light there either. The towels were skimpy in quantity as well as in quality. There was no luggage rack and nowhere to put our large suitcase. We had to employ the use of the only chair in the room just to hold our suitcase. The TV channel numbers did not match the "menu" listed on the TV. Horrible location for trying to get in and out of the parking lot. Located on super noisy, heavily-trafficked street. Young woman at front desk was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. She deserved to work at a much nicer place than this one. Compared to other Quality Inns we've stayed at, this one was the worst.

Walked into our room and left within 2 minutes. Sketchy neighborhood, loud barking dogs, one vending machine that was out of order (so we didn't even have access to drinking water) and the room had a horrible smell. Room smelled like a mixture of bleach, urine and stale smoke. Very unfortunate that we couldn't get a refund. Complete waste of time and money.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. Room was decent. Picked this hotel because it was close to the wedding venue. They required IDs on all guest upon check in. Stayed here before in the past and they didn't require that. Breakfast was ok. Seems to be a lot of long term residents staying at the location.

My first night was a nightmarish experience. Given a room that was bugs infested and nothing could be done till the next day. So, I did not sleep, could not even sit because the bugs were everywhere even after the room was swept out, the bugs came back with a vengeance. The next day I finally got a different room but not until after 11:00 am needless to say that I did not get my money’s worth.

There is pretty much no insulation on the front wall with the door, do all conversations outside and traffic are heard very clearly. While the ac unit can be a little loud, it did help blick some of the outside noises. Buffet breakfast is available but consisted of make your own waffles (the good part), turkey sausage, and very wet eggs. There was cereal but no milk. Big dropoff after the speed bump in the one path into the parking area for the hotel, so watch out if you have a lower vehicle. Surrounding area and outdoor access to rooms (instead of through an inside hallway type setup) led me to putting a chair in front of the door to make myself feel safer as a solo traveler

I was extremely unhappy with the bath/shower combo that was listed in their description. I selected their establishment based solely on this being so. It wasn’t! They had only a shower! Very unhappy. It was a very clean establishment and the staff was were nice.
