They gave me a smoking room when i made a reservation for non smoking and i had my 13 years old daugther, they told me it was the only one available, room was dirty and staff memeber laugh when i was leaving the reception.

Usually don’t stay at motel 6. But next time I’m here I will definitely stay here again.

First of all, I must say that the staff we encountered were extremely nice and professional. We were offered and received a refund. Jezebel the morning clerk was especially helpful and super empathetic regarding the issues we suffered. On initial arrival I was far too tired to make a fuss, so we stayed 1 night although we had booked for 2. Looking for another place to stay at that hour was more than I could do. The shower was filthy, and the shower floor was covered with hair in the room we were given. My wife had to clean it and the bathroom floor. The room was infested with roaches that we were killing on the floors and the walls, that evening and the following morning. I cannot blame the receptionists for the condition of the room. I do believe the responsibility lies not only with the individual cleaning person, but also with their supervisor. Some level of supervision and inspection is needed to ensure quality control is being maintained. That certainly isn't happening at this facility.

I was scared to stay because they had a security guard stationed outside staring at me. I was not able to sleep because of the noise. From 12am-5am, a women and man were playing loud music, screaming, slamming, banging the walls, stomping or throwing furniture, and trying to wake everyone up. I called the office over 30 (yes, thats right 30!) times and no one answered from a "24/7" front desk. I went down to the office and no one was there. I called again to no answer. I tried to find the security guard and there was no one at his post. I went down to the office AGAIN and still no one.The women was screaming "Hey everyone, wake up!" I then called and spoke to a man who asked me who it was as if I knew the names of the guests staying there. He said he would try to call them. They kept this up until about 5 am. I had probably a total hour of sleep after that. Worst night sleep of my life.

The staff is very considerate and compassionate with their guests due to all the different types of struggles and life experiences their guests are having and they try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible for you. Great job keep up the amazing work 💕😘

Neither of the ice machines were working in August in Southern California. The staff refused to provide me with ice, although the website claimed to have ice. They directed me to a 7 Eleven and refused to get it themselves of pay for it.

The location is convenient. The room we got was bigger than the typical room for Motel 6 and liked it but the floors need to be cleaned more. Also when we checked out really early morning there was somebody outside “waiting” and it looked sketchy so we managed to just leave and didnt bother to go to the front desk.

Hotel room didn’t come with fridge or microwave. Room had stains on walls and floors. Bed looked like it was never moved to clean under. Floor felt sticky. Room constantly had earwigs crawling from random places. Gnats were always flying around the room. For a cheap stay, it felt cheap to stay at.

We checked out one day early because we did not feel safe. The staff said we needed to contact Expedia for refund of one day. Expedia said the the motel would not refund. What a scam and I will never ever book a motel 6 to save money nor will I use Expedia. Aweful.

Room ok, water pressure in the shower was terrible. Hotel was not in the best area. Low budget hotel. Transiants around hotel.

Amazing staff. Some rooms are better than others but overall best bang for your buck.

Tons of guests outside arguing every single day I was there. Massive hotel parties, loud arguments outside, random fights. Absolutely terrible for someone just trying to get away for a few nights.

Our stay was short and easy but staying longer I would have not been comfortable. The room was fine, a place to lay your head in the middle of travel. We could hear the cars and trucks on the freeway all night luckily we were so exhausted we passed out. There were people hanging around in the parking lot and occasionally congregating in the dark corners of the lot at night and in the morning. There was one person in line before us to check in and it seemed like he was being charged twice for his room so checking in took quite a while with only one person at the lobby desk.

Staff were very nice. No fridge in room, no actual breakfast, but they do have coffee.

The people at the desk were very welcoming and helpful. The only part that was upsetting was the the cleaning ladies and a man talking and laughing loudly and hangin by by door for awhile. I know I had till 11:00 but it seemed they were Intentional about not letting me rest in the morning. I have a very busy schedule and needed some rest and the only way is to go away from home. If I could go to the Marriott I would.

I have stayed at this property nearly 8 years ago as well as other Motel 6 locations, this property, area as well as clientele really has gone below surface. Room was located way in the back and there was other guests or what it looked like was homeless out and around the property. My wife did not feel safe and after traveling 5.5 hours we asked front desk if we could just check out and not stay and they declined that option. We left as we had friends to meet and eat dinner with (our purpose of our travels) so we thought we would see how it was later. Returning around 8 pm, it was 2x the roughness we encountered earlier so my wife went in to the office to return the keys and tell them she did not feel safe (AGAIN) staying here at your property. The front desk absolutely had zero care or concerns as to how we felt, so we filed a complaint with the Motel 6 Customer Care line. We unfortunately could not locate another place to stay as it was Comic Con week in San Diego & everything was booked. We slept in our car (which we have not done since our 20’s…) at a safe casino parking lot, the Barona Casino North of El Cajone. Speaking to the Manager at the property the next morning did not justify anything as he stated he could not refund us fully for our booking as he had no proof we did not stay, even though we turned in our keys after 8:30 pm the same night- in which case we could not enter the room? Anyway, whatever…. Also, did we mention gun fire in the area? Horrible-
