The pillows were not comfortable, the bed was bumpy. Very poor assortment of towels. Someone was playing music at 7a.m. There was another vehicle parked in our spot. More than 2 tiny bars of soap are usually in the toiletries.

Well I stayed two nights I paid approximately $120 and the room I requested was not handicap accessible and on top of that there was mold in the bathroom I don't want thing for sure I'll never stay at this motel 6 over again.

When I booked the reservation online, I requested special accommodations such as a shower with a bathtub and do not disturb. None of my requests were granted and despite having the do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping still harassed me and even opened the door while I was still in the room. There definitely needs to be better communication between housekeeping and the front desk to let them know whether or not a guest is checked out. I was very displeased with my stay. I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. I specifically asked for a do not disturb sign. Housekeeping totally dismissed the sign on the door twice, disturbing my rest and privacy. I was very tired and I needed ALL of my time before checkout.

Both check-in and check-out staff were exceptionally friendly. Check-in staff offered me an accessible room, which I greatly appreciated because I travel with my dog and I'm an older (70 yrs) woman. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I will definitely do so again.

I didn't like how the sheets were stained and how there was long black hairs all over the bath towels and the bed

Beds were terrible, not comfy. Pillows were awful, only thing that was good was the front desk clerk at check in he was awesome.

Had a good stay overall but the mattress was a little wonky and the pillows flat. Safe. Great location.

Rooms smelled like smoke, check in was easy but if you need anything need to go to the front desk.

The sheets had blood on them. The door didn’t lock at all. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The handle to the toilet had “something” on it. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The office people were very friendly. I didn't care for housekeeping knocking on the door at 10:00 and I was still sleeping because I work over night. I know check out is at 11:00 and i knew i could be out by that time.

I've stayed in a lot of motel 6s because I'm cheap and most are barely adequate, just a place to sleep. This one in Janesville is not the norm, is actually very nice.

The room wasn’t bad but when I woke up the next morning I was very itchy. I’m praying it’s not bed bugs. I stayed 2 nights 😫

Staff is friendly. Very clean. Pups loved it. Side we were on had an empty field I could take them potty. They ask everyday if you need anything. Depending on what side your on 2 days a week the bedding is changed if you need it.
