Overall decent motel with nice staff in somewhat sketcky area. Pets are welcome which earns a star on its own. Bring a blanket.

Well the check in process took over an hour efore we could get into a room after making the reservation online. The front desk person wasn't able to retrieve the reservation. The person from Hotel.com had to call to walk her thru the process which took additional time. I assume the lady feom Hotel.com thought she got it;however, she hang up the phone before lady could ask her another question so we had to call again. Second call help me & her but the system still couldn't process. In other words, it took over 1hr and half to get into our room at 4:45 am. So my experience with this was very stressful for me & the front desk clerk.

No refrigerator! Who does that? Half the outlets didn’t work and half the lights didn’t work. Not even a plate in the microwave or a lid on the toilet! The place needs work.

Parking was limited , truck& trailer took up several parking areas.
There were no towels in my room.
I booked a king room and was put in a double queen bed room.

My daughter graduated Army basic training. We just wanted to enjoy her. Room was hot and humid. Floor was disgusting like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. A million literally so many people walking around they looked like they were on drugs. Definitely not a nice place to stay. Very unsafe environment.

property definitely needs work there were so many flies and bugs in my room i had to request a different room and there were less flies so i guess that’s good .. the sink was leaky and the property was just overall not great

There was still clothes left over from last guess and food on microwave the room stink of cigarretes on a not smoke room the beds were dirty.

I wasted $52 of my hard earned money I checked out within the 1st 30 minutes of my stay ,when I pulled up to my room, there was people sitting around on the
outside of their rooms, starring at me once I got out of my car whichever was scary to me ,once i went into the room it smelled like strong smoke there was flies everywhere, no signal on the tv ,no wash clothes I was scared to sit on the bed ,it was like a project apartment, I returned the keys jumped in my truck and drove straight back to Louisiana, sorry it's a NO FOR ME GOOD LUCK ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK VERY UNSATISFIED

Check it was great lady very friendly. Next morning check in again and card would not work in door would not open after 4 attempts still did not open . Took maintenance almost 45 minutes to open door had to sit in my van to wait.

The room reserved was not available. No smoke detector in the room and I reeked of cigarettes. Cigarette burn on the bed and nasty stains on ceiling and walls of bathroom and room. Also flies everywhere!!!

The hotel room was beyond gross. Dirty fingernails were left in the bathroom candy on the floor and the tub had tape all over it

Never got fresh towels or room touch up after staying almost 2 weeks. Went to store and purchased our own towels. Cops surround the place during stay trying to get some guy a few doors down. Loud at night always something or someone making noise. Only one ice machine in laundry room. Other side don't work. Rooms where clean for the most part.

It was clean and quiet, only issues i had was they didnt do any room service for the three nights i stayed i even asked the front desk multiple times in which they agreed they would get to it but they never did

We stayed in the back building facing a fence. The security lights were not on at all back there! AC wouldn’t shut off, finally had to unplug it! Bathroom was not very clean. Did not feel safe staying here and will not be returning.

Room was good. No soda machines. Weed smell in room so went told front desk and they made phone call bam smell disappeared an employee walked out of next room so figured thats why after front desk called them told them. But other then that it was ok

I have bulbous infantigo and a rare but serious condition of lower leg cellulitis. I should have requested a deep clean before hand but I fixed it other then that it's been great!! One thing though I noticed it the burnt blankets on each bed so we r just gonna not undo the beds and use our blanket but thank u and I hope u have a great day!!!! From room 228 on 03/23/24 to 03/24/24

the area appeared “shady “. no coffee pot or wash cloths.only one bath towel and one hand towel. bathroom smelt wet or moldy and the fan made a horrible noise as did the toalet when flushed.
