This place was horrible changed rooms twice 1st room was dirty and the shower head was electrical taped the 2nd room was even worse found bed bugs there was blood stains the manager was notified right away and he laughed and said would you like to try another room ..will never stay here not now not ever.. very disappointed in hotels.com very unsafe

It was adjacent to where our 3 day meeting took place. It was quiet. Having coffee before leaving the room in the morning was a good thing. Lighting was reasonable, but a little darker than I am used to. Bathroom was clean.

Only booked because power was off in our city. Worked all day and needed a cool place to sleep for myself and family. Waited 30 minutes to get to the desk because the small wait room was packed, keys not working, rooms filthy, transients cooling off. 1st room smelled of human feces,urine, and wet dog. AC didn't blow, and no TV due to power and cable down. Second room, AC blew ok, but room smelled of mildew. Went to dinner, got the text power was on, so went home. Was refused refund due to booking online. Would not have brought my family here, had I researched more, not ok with dope heads, drunks, and transients. Didn't feel safe at all.

The room smelled like someone had wet the bed. I asked for and got laundered sheets to cover the bed because I was I was collapsing with fatigue and they were really busy checking in other guests. The flat sheet she gave me was heavily soiled and torn; I covered it as well as I could with the fitted sheet and then passed out on top of the bed with the two dogs and slept for about five hours. The clerk had to retrieve a tv remote from another room for me, as well. The clerk was very accommodating and nice, but she seemed a bit harried. I'm usually traveling on a tight budget, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Other than calling the cops due to rowdy neighbors at 1 AM that even the hotel management could not get to quiet down, the hotel was clean and very reasonably priced. Will not let one incident keep from going back there

Staff was pleasant at check in. Room smelled horrible had to buy room fresheners to handle the stink. Shower door had no handle and didn’t close, and leaked all over the floor. Had 3 people in the room and only allowed 2 towels. No TV remote. Dead bugs on bathroom floor and window sill. Had to buy an extension cord to plug in CPAP machine because the only outlet was by the TV.

The room was very tiny. It was a handicap accessible room could barely even move around in the room. Don’t think that it fit ADA approved. It was so loud with the people above us till almost 3 o’clock in the morning. The toilet was less than a foot off the floor, definitely not handicapped. The light switch was stuck between two towel racks and the sink leaked on my feet as I brushed my teeth. There was no shower chair would not recommend this room to anybody. Also the bed was so small for two people was a tight fit.

The review uses mock technology nothing in the room was as it was on sight. Odor in room, mold around shower. Beds not clean, carpet awfully dirty. Front desk staffed with people that doesn't speak good English. Curtains torn and melted with duck tape holding it together. Wouldn't recommend or stay @ again. $211 .smdh!

I tried three different rooms and they all have bed bugs Blood on the wall on the sheets and some of those rooms look like they were tore up and not properly fixed and they would not refund my money through Expedia so I highly recommend no one stay there the pool did look nice but never got in it

The hotel has not been maintained there's holes in the walls paint is peeling super dirty when I got there they did not change the sheets or put any tissue or anything in a restroom looks like there's blood on the curtains it was a nightmare I will never make a reservation for that hotel again

When I got out of the shower, there was a roach in the shower with me while I was trying to lay in the bed a roach came on the ceiling. Bathroom door does not shut. I should have gotten a picture and I did it so you just have to take my word for it. Merry Christmas Eve.

I was unhappy because Orbitz didn't fulfill their end of the deal. I paid for the reservation on June 8, 2023. Orbitz didn't pay their part of the reservation. I was promised a full refund after the Manager at Super 8 canceled my reservation becausde Orbitz wouldn't pay their part after numerous conversations with Orbitz. So I was more unhappy with Orbitz than with Super 8. What is the purpose of booking with Orbitz if they don't fulfill their end of the bargain.
