At the chexk out in the morning, there was no receptionist for 5 minutes. And she didn't send me the reciept by email.

The only reason it did not receive a 5 rating was the fact that the toilet in our room was so low to the ground, it was meant only for a child. It can't possibly be a standard toilet height either. Please, upgrade your toilets!! I just had total knee replacement 10 weeks ago and a toilet that low is absolutely impossible to get up and down on!!

Everything was fantastic. The room was huge and very clean. They let us use the hot tub anytime we wanted. Highly recommend!!

Everything was fine , except the overnight front desk agent. The night I arrived he was very rude , and acted like my checking in was a problem. He was in his cell phone when I approached the desk upon check in. I don’t care if ppl go all out or just do their job. It’s fine either way. He was not friendly, and truly made us feel unwelcome. When asked what was available for delivery close by he responded .. “huh… nothin. McDonald’s I guess, you’re too late for anything” I asked if we could get stuff delivered if I found something by and he acted again like it was a problem. We did get food delivered, there was quite a bit open1 am to be honest, when the food arrived he called and said , you ordered food , as a statement not a question, I replied yes, he said it’s here , and hung up. When we came downstairs to get the pizza I thought it would be around the front desk, so I was looking in that area. He walked by the pizzas across the room, pointed at the boxes and just kept going about his day. Again. I don’t need extra treatment. But common courtesy is valued. The guy was obviously not hospitable. Everyone else was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Location was perfect our event, great dining options off of the property

They allowed a man to go into pool area and gym wearing elephant trunk thong. My son was working out with team and this man came and worked out on treadmill. Disgusting. People in room next to us were smoking and smell came into our room and on our stuff.

Ok, front desk rep ,poor reception. A/c unit very noisy! Chairs in lounge dirty arms, Capet needs replacement. Bar was nice and helpful, brk fast good, but overall not worth $200. Time to go elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience at this inn and the area is so cute. We ate at a little Irish pub downtown that was called Mulldoons that had the best banana cream pie I have ever had. The shopping area was close by. Would recommend this Inn.

Did not want to pay $15 for buffet breakfast as could get a made to order breakfast for sam or less cost in nearby cafes/diners. Evening meal we ordered from kitchen was very good.

Check-in was easy. Frontdesk staff was polite and courteous. I would stay again.

It was clean and quiet, I liked the lobby area. The only thing we didn't like was didn't get a chance to enjoy hot tub and pool because everyone lets their kids run wild and it was always full.
