The hotel room itself was fine and clean. However, there was no toilet area for dogs or much of any green space. Also, while we appreciate efforts to help homeless people with a room and have the city of Los Angeles on the premises to assist them, the hotel needs to have a better security presence. Thank you.

The blanket had hair on it and cigarette burn holes everywhere but the man from the office brought me a new blanket right away. The entire staff was very nice and pleasant but those hotel rooms are kind of raggedy. Also some random lady knocked on my door saying she wanted to pay some money back to someone, I called the office and they offered to move me to another room or even refund my money and I could leave but I am disabled so that wasn't an option for me.

The room was not clean at all. There were two live roaches in the room. There was a leak in the ceili. Paint chip off the doors. Dust everywhere. Water stains on the walls.

I'm a single retired woman, very budget conscious. Motel 6 was safe, quiet, clean. Bare bones room, staff was kind and efficient, I had a corner room. I'll go back.

I sent one of our tenants that her unit got flooded and she turned around and checked out because she said that the unit was dirty, she was only in the unit for about an hour.

Room was remodeled, Nice comfortable. Had Microwave and Fridge, thank you. BUT: no breakfast or lobby coffee. No coffee maker in room, no tissues, no clock radio. No shampoos. No dresser to unpack suitcase, No suitcase rack or stand. So had to put case on bed and open up every time needed something, then close back up and put back in closet.

It was 110 degrees and the manager made stand out in the heat and talk to him thru window. I had to beg to let me inside. He put me in room next to jack hammers tearing up the swimming pool. Fire him!

Had to leave after 45 mins the air conditioner did not cool the room it was 100F in the room my daughter nearly passed out. We only got the room bc our house AC failed. We had to go back home because this hotel claims to have AC but it does not function. I work in construction!

El Gallo Giro across the street has AMAZING food. the rooms are decent, clean enough and the shower is fine. it’s a good cheap hotel for when you’re in a pinch but would not recommend for a vacation. the pool is dirty and the room interiors are just pretty run down. no roaches though so that’s definitely a positive compared to other cheap hotels in the area!!

It's a motel 6! What can you say? not the best kept, as soon as I walked into the hallway to our room there were trash and dirty towels strewn all over the walkway, found a critter crawling up the wall to greet us, maintenance isn't great the light switch fixture was broken in the bathroom (i tried calling the front desk to report this wasn't our doing but never could get hold of the proper authority....obviously...), previous visitor was probably in a hurry to use the toilet and had tried to kick the door open, and left a nasty front shoehorn into the dirty grey water stains on em... anyway If you're in a pinch this is great deal, but you stay where you can.

Poor customer service, they assigned us to a soiled room, bed was used and there were dirty towels throughout and open soap. Attendant argued us on it and said he just made the bed. Walked over and saw we were right. Rude response and unprofessional. Poor experience

Stairwells had a smell of urine. Holes and burn marks on the blankets, uncomfortable pillows and beds.

I can’t tell you how much I love finding a cockroach on the bathroom floor (it later made its way to the shower curtain), BLOOD on not only the sheets but on the mattress (I’m not talking a few dots either), graffiti on the shower rod and mirror, holes in the wall where fixtures used to be, etc. I reserved a deluxe room with one queen bed, and if this is deluxe, I seriously don’t want to know what standard rooms are like—this was absolutely gross. Furthermore, they have half as many parking spaces as they do rooms, and good luck finding one.

Check in was fine, but when keys are issued the building letter should also be noted. It took us a long time to find our room. Also we rec’d a call from Front Desk at 4am if we had a BMW. Upon check in, license plate info should be given.
