Microtel was a great hotel to stay in while in town. Also affordable for longer stays.

I only stayed for a night. The room was fairly nice and I enjoyed all the restaurants and nearby shopping. Even though my room was near the elevator I didn’t find it to be loud. I’ve booked another stay here for when I’ll be in the area next month

The hotel smelled of marijuana. One staff member had her boyfriend there constantly not very professional. Spiders in bathroom, red widows as far as I could find. Rooms felt dirty, not fresh and clean as it should be. The breakfast contained no meat and the fruit was nasty, mandarins looked old and shriveled, apples were soft and mushy. The protein was yogurt which is very sweet. So I resulted in having a bagel with cream cheese each morning. The only positive was one employee who held the front door for us as it was pouring rain and brought us towels. He was super nice and so helpful as we were drowned rats.

The noise control was outrageous, ppl running through the hallway, screaming, slamming doors. Then at 9 am two employees were yelling outside our door. The front desk manager took care of the issue.

This was a last minute reservation and when I made it I didn't tell them I was disabled but there was no hesitation when I arrived. Was given a 1st floor room close to the exit and easily to my car.

They advised that they were going to hold $50 in case something is missing in the room and they were very specific that made us feel uncomfortable and suspicious. They said “yes, because people take pillows, towels, etc”. And we were like “ok, we never take anything but that’s okay. As long as you release that money after it’s ok”. The day we checked out, on our way home I received a notification that $10 extra was charged from the hotel. I called and they said that a pillow is missing and is $60 per pillow. I was so upset, because we didn’t take anything and made me more upset because the first day they told us that they made us feel uncomfortable (like something can be missing) and it did. But it wasn’t us. After explaining the lady at the front to check again, because we didn’t take it, they (of course) said it was missing and they need to charge for it. I suggest to take a picture before you stay there or notify if something is missing, so you won’t be charge for it. They made this experience very bad. Also, it was a lot of people living there and hallways smells bad. I will never stay here again.

Easy check in and clean and quiet area

Staff that checked us in was excellent. Very welcoming and receptive. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommend and will stay here again when visiting family.

The hotel itself was nice. However, when we left they messaged us saying thwy would charge us for towels regarding "stains". Stating their were coffee stains and dye (such as marker or something)? No. Neother of us drink coffee, nor was there any marker use or anything of the sort. I feel they use this as an excuse to keep our deposit. Husband and I used the hotel as a last minute resort because our AC broke and its over 90° in Florida. I made sure to keep the trash picked up and the dirty towels and blankets placed neatly in a pile when we left. The fact that we are having any issues at all is baffling. Im extremely angered by this and will be expressing my distain for this company and specifically microtels in any and all forums with a negative review unless this is resolved. Sincerely, a very disgruntled customer.

Great stay, friendly staff, nice breakfast, close to lots of area things, would stay again

Staying here was a pleasure. Professionalism in all areas of operations. Room was clean and functional. They are DOG friendly and that was a major factor for me in staying here. Will be using this chain agin in the future.

Room was next tonedit door. It’s slams hard and you can hear it every time someone went out. We will come back again
