We stayed at Chanalai m Gardens for 5 days, and loved everything about it.
The hotel is really beautiful inside, and the staff are very very nice and polite.
The cleaning is also very good.
They held the Loy Krathong Festival that Thailand has in november, at their hotel, and it was a wonderful evening, that they put all their passion into.

Unfortunately, 5 nights stay resulted on bedbugs bites all over my body, ruining my experience, and now I’m in panic of carrying it over in my clothes.

Our initial room was dated and had a very small bathroom, we contacted front desk and they were quick to respond and moved us to a more updated room and provided us with complimentary breakfast to help resolve the issue.
Lots of stairs to navigate but nice views (elevators are available for parts).

This was not my first stay in this hotel. Every time I am in Phuket I spend couple of days in this hotel. Friendly staff, nothing is any problem, great location close to the Southern part of Kata beach, shops, restaurants, everything you need is nearby. I will come back again.

I like the hotel and facilities in overall. Everything was fine. Some rooms are a bit hard to reach, you need to climb many stairs. There are 2 pools which are good max depth 1.5m Breakfast was nice with many options to choose. Only remark that our room was not cleaned a day before we leave and it was a bit disappointing but fixed after informing them.

Honestly a bit disappointed about this property. Arrived and it took staff ages to find our booking (booked on Expedia and I thought they didn’t have it). Hotel room was fine not dirty but not spotless like you expect. Toilet was blocked and didn’t work - luckily cleaning did sort this. They didn’t clean our room until 5:30pm the second day - bit of a joke in my opinion. Pool was nice with the swim up bar - location of the hotel was good and very good gym facilities. Hotel bar was nice and found most of the staff to be pleasant - the main concierge guy made me feel on edge though.

Great resort to stay in Kata. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying. There are 2 pools are opens until 8/10pm which is awesome on those hot nights and there is a walk way down to the beach just across the road. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Right in the middle of the “action” where you can do anything from a city tour to booking a day with the elephants! We thought the room was perfect for what we needed and the pool area was very nice. Would recommend for anyone traveling on a budget that would also like a nice place to stay!

Great service and view. Breakfast was OK, but dinner was over priced and not very good, so just eat locally at night. Biggest drawback was their is a lot of walking ( including stairs) to get to the room. They need a shuttle/cart to give option to bring you near room. Otherswise request room close to lobby. Pools are nice.we enjoyed our stay.
