We had to wait several minutes for the clerk to check us in and when he appeared he had on an oxygen mask. Not sure about what was going on there. The room is showing its age. Scuff marks in the bathroom on the wallpaper. No one seemed to be in a hurry to help. Overall stay was not too bad but not a 10.

Property was great. Staff and front desk are nice and pleasant to interact with. Breakfast was good with variety of choices and the gentlemen who oversees the breakfast make sure the area is kept clean and stock. Hotel is located in a nice location nestled with shopping and restaurants with easy access to interstate. Will definitely stay at this property again if visiting the area again.

Front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little bit dated and needed some maintenance (wall paper seams separating, door seal coming off) but was otherwise fine. A/C was cold which was much appreciated in the summer heat.

The room is full of ants and when I told the front desk they said oh thank you for letting me know did not offer any compensation room change or anything The floors are so thin you can hear everything in the room above you

My daughter is homeschooled. She had to be here at 7:30 am for state testing from 8 to 3. Instead of dragging her out of bed at 4 in the morning and making the 2 hour drive we decided to stay the night before so she would get a good full nights sleep. That didn’t happen. The power went out 13 times between 1 am and 6 am. It would wake us up everytime it went out. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was so so. Would not stay again. And I just hope my daughter can stay focused and awake to do well on her testing.

Ray at the front desk is fantastic and uber professional and made our stay and check in comment worthy. we arrived late on a Saturday night after my wife both ran a 100k race. We were exhausted however Ray’s friendly demeanor was great to experience.

This was a 2 day business trip and space rental for business meeting. Keep up at night from a huge dog barking a few rooms down. Did not know dogs were allowed when I booked. Meeting space not completely set up, and had a musty/moldy smell. The air conditioner had issues and a belt had to be replaced during the meeting. Staff was polite. When it came to the issues it seemed like there was no urgency to find out what was going on. Paid a lot of money for room and space for meeting, but was dissatisfied. Even though it was a Hampton Inn, it was not a Hampton Inn experience.

The curtain wouldn’t work, it was late so we didn’t call the front desk. Really bright parking lot lights shine in all night. Water pressure in shower was very low.
