The room although clean smelt disguisting as if there was a problem with the drains. We were told check-out was mid day yet when my daughter returned after taking myself to hospital to have a coffee and a shower, she found that we had already been evicted from the room as they were already cleaning. This was at 10.30 far earlier than mid -day, this was ironic as permission needed to be obtained to allow us to check-in 5 minutes early.
Although the staff were very good the standard of service and the room falls well below a 3 star hotel. Will not be returning to hotel and if i need to stay i will be looking for alternative accomodation.
Also, in the next room and the directly above this children were left alone and the noise,shouting out of the window way passed 23hrs was not what i expect and certainly not when i have an operation booked for 8 the net morning

Pleasant staff and nice rooms. The restaurant was closed for dinner the evening we were there, but it looked very nice.

Nice hotel, clean and modern, covid controls in place. Staff friendly, polite and professional. Good parking for cars and motorbikes in secure parking at back of hotel. Kettle in room and there were adequate pillows and towels. Breakfast was buffet syle with some hot food avliable. It is a fair walk into the town center but hotel is right next to tram line, trams are regular and cost €1.60. Right next to main hospital where helicopters do come into maybe twice a day. Would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. Take care as breakfast is not included in quoted price and is an additional charge as well as tax. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Mainly an assortment of various types of bread, juice and tea/coffee.

This hotel has undergone a makeover since last visited 10 years ago and is much better for it. The restaurant is fairly basic, breakfast was reasonable. Their is little in the area in terms of bars or restaurants.

Description was 10 min from town centre. They forgot to mention that the 10 minutes is by car (and if by bus even longer) The hotel is placed a really unattractive area.

Decent hotel in Clermont. Nothing out of the ordinary but good enought. Not the best neighbourhood if you wan't action but a safe area close to the bus stop.

A 3 star hotel which feels and looks a whole lot more. Great comfort as its name, quiet despite the proximity to the centre with good access to transport facility because the tramway stop is just by the main entrance. Lovely hotel and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We stayed at the hotel one night traveling south in France. It was economical, convenient, clean, offered protected parking. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the staff dealt with the delivery of a "lost bag" by the airline efficiently. I would stay at this hotel again. SFD
