Meticulously cleaning and comfortable.
Yes there is scaffolding but we booked at weekend, so no workmen around. It wasn't a problem as it was for updating the exterior of the hotel.

Excellent location. In easy walking distance if the old town and main tourist sites. Some very interesting cafes and eateries on the doorstep. The premises offer a nice lounge area and garden which was being redone unfortunately but obviously is a real asset in good weather. Rennes is a very interesting town and this is a good base fir a visit.

I liked that the beds were comfy, including the sofa bed! The studio was very clean and the bathroom of decent size.
I didn't like that the studio was not as pretty and large as the one in the picture in Expedia. I think that it would be a great idea to see exactly what you are going to book.
I would have liked to have a couple of instant coffe sachets included.

I have stayed in Aparthotels in Lyon, Bordeaux and Aix , all of which were superb. Sadly the Rennes hotel is not. The rooms are nothing like as nice as the photos used on their website and the firing, particularly the bathroom are old and worn out.

I like a simple, clean, affordable and accessible place to stay. Adagio Rennes is all of these things. I particularly liked the location.

Very nice area and close to city center. The apartment was a bit old but clean and confortable. They had signs about energy saving and sustainability which i loved. Apartment was very good size.

We liked the fridge, kettle, stove, frypan, modern large room, We would have liked more information in English on the location of local grocery shops, attractions, bus stops, etc and more tea and coffee and milk Everything else was amazing. We would definitely stay at Aparthotel Adagio again. We loved it

Everything was as expected. The room was clean and well equipped. We had two rooms and in one of them some family members were complaining about the quality of the mattresses. In my room they’ve seemed fine. Maybe a bit too soft, but it might be a matter of individual preference. Couldn’t understand why only two towels per room, a face one and a larger size one. But otherwise good location and overall value for the price.

We are kind of new to Aparthotels, but really liked the convenience of the well equipped kitchenette, especially during the tripling Covid times. The staff was friendly and informative.

The location of the hotel was great and suitable for us. The neighborhood was quiet and that was a great thing.
The staff was very friendly and their english skills were excellent.
We got a very spacious room for two and there were all the equipment we needed. (Kitchen was equipped well). There were also a possibility to get more equipment from the reception, also towels etc. (There were no cleaning during our 4 night stay there, but that wasn't a problem at all.)
The bed were excellent, it guaranteed the great sleep!
At first there were a bit cold for us but the room warmed up overnight so it really wasn't a problem.

The price and quality met very well in this hotel. Hotel was well situated, very close to the city center, but still the atmosphere there was calm and peaceful. The room had enough space and kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok. The staff spoke English well enough. I would defenitely visit this aparthotel again and I recomend it strongly :)

At walking distance from the city center, very clean apartment and helpful staff. Good value for money. Only point to improve is to put a communicator/interphone on the access gate of the parking. First you have to go to reception desk, leaving the car in an area without parking places, afterwards they give you the key allowing to enter their garage.

Room was clean and comfortable. Having kitchen facilities was a bonus. Hotel was was within good distance to city centre. Parking nearby was impossible but once we had booked in we were able to secure a space in the underground car park.

The hotel staff were exceptional. Extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very good location for exploring Rennes and close to Metro from where you can go to the main train station for St Malo which is definitely worth a visit.

What a nice place to stay with kids. Near the old part of rennes. No car needed to visit. Clean place and full equiped with the kitchenette

The girl at the Reception desk was really sweet and helpful (Valerie I believe). The aparthotel is located close to the city center. The serviced flat was fine (note - no daily cleaning). The breakfast was quite nice. I would recommend the place.

We had a short stay (wife's conference). It appears that most guests are on extended stays. We used the underground parking, which worked beautifully. The location is just fab. The staff were also fab, and fluent in English at the front desk. The rooms are pretty large and comfortable.

I was very happy with everything and the very helpful staff, especially with the transitions important to a visitor from another country. The kitchenette was very efficient. I really like the decorating and the layout of the studio.I only had to soften the quite firm bed mattress with a quilt on top of the sheet to sleep well. This was a solution.

Impressively clean room. The bed was very comfortable (I like a firm mattress). The staff were mostly very helpful & at times went out of their way to make my stay go well. The room was of a good size with good enough facilities and equipment. For the price this is an excellent place to stay.
At times the noise from outside the hotel - from its garden - was a bit much. Don't expect to have an early night in peace & quiet. But this is actually looking for something to criticise as it wasn't in any way a significant issue!
It provided easy walking access to the fascinating Old Town of Rennes.
I have already recommended it to friends.

Second time we have used this accommodation. It is a good location because it only takes minutes to walk into the center. There is parking at the hotel which is handy - but the cost does mount, it is chargeable every day.

The central location was excellent. There was some parking on the street outside or secure parking for a fee.The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and modern. The kitchenette idea especially having a fridge. The room was an ideal size for two, certainly sufficient room unlike many other places. Pet friendly. I can't recommend it more highly for the price.

We stay at this hotel because it's nearest to where our family lives, but it's in a quiet area just a short walk from the bustling centre of town - there always seems to be something happening in this lively student town, and the big market on Saturdays is great fun.
It's not the sort of hotel where you'd go back to your room to relax: the floors in the rooms are polished - sensible in the kitchen area but not very inviting around the bed, giving the room a clinical feel. It's efficient rather than comfortable. Good for self-catering though.
Expedia included tax in the price, but we still had to pay it. Hardly a deal-breaker at 1.5 Euros, but a small hiccup in Expedia's accuracy. Perhaps they've corrected it now.
