We found a bug in our bed. It was a bug bed we are fairly certain. It was thanksgiving night I was with my children and had to check out due to this issue. The front deer was very unhelpful and refused a refund.

They ran out of coffee for their rooms. House keeping on the third day requires larger waste baskets and more coffee and towels.

I did not like that there was not enough cleaning staff.

The staff was great -friendly, efficient, helpful. The public spaces were very clean. Our room however smelled very musty, the lighting was poor (very dark), the bathroom floor was sticky and one of the remotes was disgusting.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, only complaint is there were no sheets for pull out bed had to go get them at midnight when we returned from concert, also after returning from dinner none of our key cards worked to enter room had to go get new ones, other than that.. great stay!

Bathroom door could not be shut. Water leaked all over the floor when showering. Rooms are very dark. Not worth the amount paid for two night. Staff are very friendly but won’t stay here again.

Joe at the front desk was the best that I have ever encountered. He was knowledgeable, efficient and super friendly. He got ice for my wife's travel cup. Great guy.

Staff was absolutely excellent. So friendly and helpful. The pool was closed, which we did know ahead of time. The gym had no air conditioning, which made it almost insufferable to be in. Rooms were clean, however every noise from the hallway or surrounding rooms could be heard clear as day.

Bathroom smelled very musty and moldy and had mold in the shower/tub. The hallway ground needs replaced as it was uneven with holes under carpet. Would not stay here again… needs serious renovation.

The room was very dirty. Dead bugs in the bathroom. To go food containers with old food under the bed. Just unpleasant in general.

A/C was weak, room was hot. Despite being told that we could walk to Credit One amphitheater, that was very, very untrue! It’s a 40 minute Uber to go and the venue was nearly impossible to meet up with ride drivers…lots of gouging to try to get back to hotel. Minimal and basic room with ancient air conditioning.

Lobby area is nicely designed. However, it was damp and musty. I had to request a different room due to mold around the tub. The cabinet door to the fridge was broken and the room air was very damp.

We were there for my daughter' softball tournament. The staff was very friendly as and helpful.

This hotel had a lot of problems for us and other guests. Hotels.com and the hotel had a disagreement with our rate and that caused a 45 minute delay in getting our room. The room was freezing cold when we entered; it was set at max cold. The sheets for the pullout bed were not very clean. The front desk was trying to be helpful but much was outside their control.

The staff was amazing and friendly! The check-in was fast and easy. The only thing that was average was the condition of the hotel. The hallways had dips and was unleveled. The rooms need to be updated. The sofa bed was very dirty. So we didn't use it. However, the beds were clean. The suit was very spacious and quiet. But again I loved the staff.

My bathroom at home is in better condition that at this hotel. The pool was under construction and or maintenance but was not usable. So the cost should have been lower since a major amenity was not accessible. Definitely not worth the cost.

In a road trip, nice hotel close to restaurants.
Breakfast sucked, the sausage was so dry you could use it to sand rust off metal.

Stayed at this hotel Last year for a family event and it was nice. Returned again this year 2024 for another family event closer to the venue. Beds are comfortable and room clean. Few small things could be improved upon if maybe they had a person who checked rooms behind staff to make sure every room is up to hotel standards. Did not care for ambient lighting in bathroom and shower curtain was raggedy but again room was comfortable. Good breakfast menu but pricy for selection. Pastries were mini and different menus were confusing.
