Hotel had the hardest beds we've experienced during our trip. Not a good nights sleep. Hotel was ok otherwise.

I thought the room a little small, no chance to swing a cat. Otherwise I have no complaints. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the hotel was very handy for the station, Tivoli and central Copenhagen. I would book the hotel on any subsequent visit.

I have stayed here several times due to its location by the central station. The hotel is very basic and outdated - but always clean and quiet. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Great for the price!

Just next to the Central Railway station, Bars, restaurants and stores are all near by. easy to walk to the tourist sites.

Great value. It was clean, in a good location and felt safe. We had a room with a shared bathroom. The shower only has tiny pegs to hang items on so we took our items in a daypack on a hotel hanger with us and that worked perfectly.

It's located in a very convenient location, room was big and quiet as I asked for a quiet one.
Bathroom wasn't very good, bit of shoddy and small.
Breakfast was good but the breakfast lady was rude and needs to learn some manners while dealing with guests, comes to guests and asks what's your room number without any good morning or please, not a single smile on the face, behaves like Dr Watson.
She (afro Carribbean origin) needs to learn some basic manners

One night stay with family, for the price well worth it, beds ok and simple rooms but very clean. 2 mins from central station. Staff very helpful Breakfast overpriced like most hotels in Copenhagen.

Two excellent stays on the way out to tour Scandinavia by train, then on the way back. Friendly staff, good food and comfortable room. Our second visit was like coming home as we felt so welcome!

The rooms and especially the showers are tiny, no facecloth provided, shower head wouldn't stay up, had to get it repaired. Laundry facilities not working. Beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Reading lamp mounted above bed was a dumb idea. Always in the way.

Very close to Copenhagen Central station (located in front of the station, actually). Nice breakfast and good staffs. It might be a bit noisy at night due to guests having a fun in the backyard of the hostel by this hotel's guest rooms.

Room ok, beds good, shower had no water pressure, took 2 days to fix, had to use communal showers! Room hot- no AC! One washer, one dryer- took 3 hours for one load

Very convenient location. I didn’t realize bathroom was shared, but otherwise good stay. Very friendly staff, a bit older facilities. Loved the area with transit and many landmarks within walking distance.

Location is very convenient and walkable to city center and train station. Quiet area. It has an elevator . Room and bed linen were clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Bathrooms were not en suite so that’s a bit inconvenient but our rooms (4) were all close together so with our doors open, we could visit and felt like “home”!!
