You reserve a king but you get a queen. When you ask them they say no its a king but when you have been sleeping on a king for the past 13 years you know what a king size bed is.

The hvac unit was not good at regulating temperature in the room & too loud - interrupted sleep unfortunately but otherwise all was good

The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious but when you find bugs in the pull out couch mattress nothing else really matters unfortunately.

The elevator was HOT. Check in was easy. Parking free and easy. Nice multiple options of entrances. Indoor pool. The room layout we got was spacious and unique.

The people above our room were running around at 11:00 at night and it was really noisy. We asked the front desk three different times to talk to them and finally went out to speak to someone in person because the noise never stopped and they said they hadn’t even been up to the room yet. The noise didn’t stop until 11:30 PM and started up again in the morning bright and early. Also there were ants all over the bathroom floor.

This hotel was amazing I’d recommend this to family’s as food was nice in morning with good selection.. pool was in closed with seating. Parking was secure & safe and location provided plenty of fast food and restaurant close by with target close and Walmart. Hotel room was big and AC was cold all night. Room was clean

The queen beds need to be replaced. They were pretty saggy in the middle. I had to leave my husband and go to the other bed.

We stay at this facility when we have our meetings at the Dopl across the street. We were woken up at 2:30 am by the fire alarm and had to evacuate the facility until the fire department determined someone had pulled the alarm I guess as a joke. I know it wasn't the facilities Fault, but it was still very stressful, and made for a long next day. Also, the drain in the bath tub was draining very slow.

Arived at 12AM. Check in was pleasant. Bed was terrible. When we went to take a shower in the morning, a dry used washcloth was draped over the shampoo and soap bottles in the shower and black hair left from the previous guest I told the man at the counter at check out and he offered me a complimentary item from the lobby mini bar. I paid $200 for a dirty room-an over priced item from the mini bar is laughable compensation.

Bad management. Quoted a price of 157 for the 2!nights and then charged over 300 at check out to my card. Management refuses to refund the difference.. Will not ever stay there again

This is a great location for our particular trip. Road access and travel routes to various events/places was easy. Hotel very accommodating with great staff, super facility. Quiet, roomy suite was perfect for the 3 night stay.

There was no service at all... we stayed two nights and our room was never entered by service personnel - not even clean towels. We needed more washcloths even for just two people.

The rooms are very nice. Having the pull out sofa allows for extra space in The room. We had an issue with our tv and during the day they came and fixed it. Very clean.

I liked the property cleanliness and that it was close to decent dining option for dinner. It was also close to things I wanted to do in Boise. I also liked the breakfast. What I didn't like was that the air conditioning was too loud and kept me awake most of the night. I was also disappointed that the pool didn't have a hot tub. That is why I rated it good but not great.
