It was perfect. Have no complaints. One of the best hotels in Croatia.

Modern and service oriented hotel with high standards and very nice nature and water/beach. Only the prices for food and beverages are disproportinal expensive and a clear negative aspect

Beautifully designed hotel in a gorgeous location. Staff is friendly and helpful and even though we stayed there just before the hotel closed for the season you couldn't notice the the hotel or staff were "tired" of the season. Nothing was missing except for the cosmetic amenities in the room. One shampoo for three people per day is not enough. The hotel also organized a treasure hunt for the kids but the whole event didn't last for more than 10 minutes and we regretted coming back to hotel earlier because of that. Facial treatment at the SPA was superb.

Everything was first class. I loved every minute we stayed there. Service was great, not a single complaint.

The hotel is extremely clean everywhere you go and the rooms are a good size and little touches such as fresh flowers and chocolate on your pillows at night we’re happily received. However, the service lets it down in comparison to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Some of the staff were ok and friendly, however others, especially on reception were cold. I don’t know if they have been told to be professional and therefore have become a bit rigid and robotic but they did not feel welcoming. They were also not very informative. We asked at reception about visiting the towns and other points on the island but we’re just given a not very good map and no info, only later did we find out by chance (and friendly locals) that there was a bus you could get from Mali to Veli, bike rental available and good walking routes. Also the waiting staff were not very assertive, especially at breakfast. Maybe there was not enough of them but there were always lots of messy tables that needed clearing and it took a long time to get a hot drink from them (or just a tea cup to drink from. You make a pot of tea yourself but have no milk or tea cups available). This could have easily been resolved by just putting teacups on the tables when laying them out to save waiters time. The hotel is lovely but not quite an all round 5 star experience.

Although big hotel, very calm and good atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. Only thing I missed was a more sustainable way of running the hotel. One example is that the bed linen are changed every day unless you remember to put a note on the pillow every day.

But after half an hour, I decided that I would change it because of the view and the staff at the reception was very understanding and helpful about it, they didnt comment my whimps but have offered to help me with the move.Also the staff in bars and restaurant is amazing and makes you want to stay there forever.

Perfect place to stay and relax. The only negatitive is getting there from the nearest airport.

One for me few hotels in CRO where everything works as it should. I and my wife spent already third year a nice week in this hotel. Unfortunately management change almost complete personal since last year, therefore I missed somehow personal staff attitude, as frequent guests there. For me this attitude is too sterile. Anyhow, we will definitely return again.

We came to Bellevue first time last year and love it so much that we came again this year. It has to be one of the best service we had in hotels.

Great stay all around! Staff was extremely welcoming at check in, facilities (pool, beach, spa) were great, hotel restaurants were great and location was excellent!

We Stayed only 4 days. We were very pleased. Comfortable, clean rooms, beautiful interior. We enjoyed spa side of the outdoors, quiet and peaceful. Stuf and service is excellent. Everything is true to 5 star rating. Also great private beach.

This was our third visit to this great hotel. Every visit was better than one before. Check in process totally hassle free. Front desk staff professional and friendly. Lobby bar is a must visit and Marija bar service is exceptional she knew how to make perfect drinks ! Other specialty is their Restaurant. A must place to have dinner. Pool staff very attentive and ready to serve. Antonio was superb. In all a great place to visit and relax.

An excellent hotel located in the unspoilt pine forests of Mali Losinj, staff and locals were all very friendly and by the end of the stay it felt very much at home. The hotel is in a prime spot on the bay and has catered for every need from exercise to pampering. The food was faultless and I would unhesitatingly recommend this to anyone, but not too loudly so that it doesnt become too busy.

A beautiful hotel in a great country with lovely people, attentive and genuine staff. The Bellevue Hotel is a real 5 star luxury place to have a comfortable vacation. Highly recommended.

Located in a bay dominated by hotels this clean and friendly hotel is a flashback to the 80s. Water aerobics and kids games often dominated the promenade and courtyard by blasting out 80s tunes and encouraging everyone to get involved. I think this would be a great place for families but as someone looking for peace and quiet on a nice beach it wasn't really for me. The 'beach' was concrete and pebbles (as in most Croatia). The water was calm and there were boats and windsurfs for hire. We had half board- the food was reasonable, good selection. For evening meal you had a choice of dishes- highly recommend the fish. The rooms were clean and large with balcony. No air con but large ceiling fan. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. All in all not an unpleasant place just not what we expected.
